Ich bin aktuell im Ausland und biete daher mein Zimmer in Handschuhsheim zur Zwischenmiete an, Zeitraum kann flexibel verhandelt werden, bei Interesse klappt vielleicht auch nochmal 1-2 Monate länger.
Voll möblliert, 2er WG, Mitbenutzung Bad/Küche ist gegeben.
I'm currently abroad and therefore can offer my fully furnished room over that period. Different time period is negotiable, maybe even for 1-2 months longer. It's a 2 people flat share with kitchen/bathroom.
Die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Biethsstraße) ist in ca. 3min zu Fuß zu erreichen, es fahren die Linien 23, 24 und 5 sowie eine Haltestelle weiter der Anschluss an die 21. Fahrtzeiten z.B. 9 min zum Hbf, 10 min zum Bismarckplatz, 5 min ins Neuenheimer Feld. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreiche vorhanden (Penny, Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, Lidl, dm, denn's, etc.) und auch jeweils in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Handschuhsheim, 3min by foot to tram stop "Biethsstraße".
Ihr wohnt gemeinsam mit Lena, 23. Sie ist voreein paar Monaten eingezogen und unternimmt bestimmt gerne ab und zu was mit euch wenn ihr möchtet. Natürlich sollte jeder auch genug eigene Rückzugszeit haben, das schafft ihr schon ;)
You'll be living with Lena, 23, who moved in some months ago. She's very social and can show you around, but can also let you the amount of privacy you want. Talk to each other , I'm sure you'll manage :)
Übernahme für vollen Zeitraum bevorzugt.
Längere Miete ggf eventuell möglich - bitte frag doch nach.
Nur ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, in Absprache mit Mitbewohner(in) nutzbar.
Wenn ihr gut drauf aupasst lass ich gerne meine Brettspielsammlung vor Ort ;)
