Da ich von Anfang Juli bis Ende September ein Praktikum mache, suche ich für mein Zimmer eine/n Zwischenmieter/in. Das Zimmer ist 21 m² groß und vollständig möbeliert mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, großem Schreibtisch, Wandregalen einem Sofa mit Couchtisch und sogar einem Klavier. Das Zimmer würde 450 € warm kosten, inklusive Internet etc., es entstehen also keine weiteren Kosten.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit zwei super netten Mädels teilen, die beide Molekulare Biotechnologie Studieren und 22 bzw. 23 Jahre alt sind.
Zur Wohnung gehören ein Bad und eine sehr große Küche, die groß genug ist um dort gemütlich zusammenzusitzen. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle,Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Soda-Stream ausgestattet. Eine eigene Waschmaschine haben wir ebenfalls. Das WG Leben ist super entspannt. Wir kochen gerne mal zusammen, trinken Wein oder machen einen Spieleabend. Natürlich kann man sich aber auch jederzeit zurückziehen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen: In die Altstadt sowie zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man ca. 10 Minuten mit der Bahn oder mit dem Fahrrad und zum Unicampus ins Neuenheimer Feld nur 7 Minuten.

As I'll do an internship from the beginning of July until the end of September, I am looking for a temporary tenant for my room for that period. The room has a size of 21 m² and is fully furnished with a large bed, a wardrobe, a table, some shelves, a couch with a small table and a piano. The price is 450 € covering ALL costs (including heating, WiFi etc.).
You would share the apartment with two super nice girls who are both studying molecular biotechnology and are 22 and 23 years old respectively.
The apartment has a bathroom and a large kitchen that is big enough to sit together with the flatmates or friends. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, soda stream, coffee machine and a washing machine. The athmosphere with the flatmates is very relaxed and friendly. We enjoy cooking together, drinking wine or playing games. Of course it is also no problem if you are not always up for common activities.
The apartment is very centrally located: It takes about 10 minutes by train or bicycle to the old town and the main station and 7 minutes to the campus in the Neuenheimer Feld.

* 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad/mit der Tram, 12 Minuten zu Fuß zu größeren Supermärkten: Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, dm, denn's Biomarkt
* ein Teeladen und ein Feinkostladen in unmittelbarer Nähe
* Hofläden mit regionalem Obst und Gemüse auf den nahegelegenen Feldern
* verschiedene Ärzte ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß und eine Apotheke im Erdgeschoss des Hauses
Sonstiges:
* 5 Minuten zu Fuß auf die Felder, wo man wunderschön z.B. zum Neckar spazieren oder Sport machen kann (Joggen, Radfahren etc.)

* 1 minute to the nearest small supermarket: Penny
* 4 minutes by bicycle/tram, 12 minutes walk to larger supermarkets: Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, dm, denn's Biomarkt
* a tea shop and a delicatessen in the immediate vicinity
* farm shops with regional fruit and vegetables in the nearby fields
* various doctors about 2 minutes walk and a pharmacy on the ground floor of our house
Other stuff:
* 5 minutes walk to the fields, where you can go for a walk or do sports (jogging, cycling etc.)
Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt. Wir kochen gerne mal zusammen, trinken ein Glas Wein oder spielen Brettspiele. Wir sind alle durchschnittlich ordentlich und kommen bislang gut ohne Putzplan aus.

The life in our shared flat is super relaxed. We like to cook together, have a glass of wine or play board games. We are all averagely tidy and so far we get along well without a cleaning schedule.
