Wir bieten hier ein großes 18m² Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete. Es ist voll möbliert und hat ein Fenster, das nach Süd-Westen ausgerichtet ist. Es kommt also immer genügend Licht ins Zimmer. Das Fenster ist mit einem Insektenschutznetz und Rollos ausgestattet. Im Zimmer stehen zwei komfortable Sessel, ein großes Bett (1,4 x 2 m), zwei große Regale, ein Kleinderschrank, eine kleine Kommode und ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl.
Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrradkeller. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet. Es ist auch eine kleine Spülmaschine vorhanden.
Des Weiteren gibt es sowohl eine Waschmaschine als auch einen Trockner im Badezimmer.
Hello dear apartment-seekers!
We are subleasing the 18m² big bedroom of our apartement. It's fully furnished and has a south-west side window that lets in a lot of light during the day. The room hast two comfy armchairs, a big bed (1,4 x 2m), two big shelving units, a closet, a small dresser and a desk with a chair.
If you have a bike, you can either park it in the courtyard or in the designated room in the basement. The kitchen is also fully equipped and it includes a dishwasher. There is also a laundry machine and a dryer in the bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Handschuhsheim in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Fenster des Zimmers sind zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, man hört also keinen Lärm von draußen.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Rossmann, Bäckereien, Bauernläden, Tankstelle) sind nur wenige Meter entfernt (2 min zu Fuß), genau wie die Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
Parkplätze findet man eigentlich immer direkt vor dem Haus.
Das Neuenheimer Feld ist in weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad (sehr schön über die Felder) oder mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar.
Von der Wohnung aus kann man sehr schön über die Felder oder im Wald spazieren gehen.
The apartment is located ideally in Handschusheim in a quiet side street. There are plenty of shopping options (Penny, Rossmann, bakery, farmers markets, gas station) just a few meters away (2 min on foot), as well as a tram station.
Parking spaces are available around the house.
The Neuenheimer Feld can be reached in less that 5 minutes per bike (through the fields) or with the tram.
Wir sind zwei befreundete Medizinstudentinnen die aktuell im 6. Semester in Heidelberg studieren. Da wir den Sommer über im Urlaub oder in der Heimat sein werden, vermieten wir unsere 2er WG.
Da wir beide Zimmer vermieten, können wir nichts zum WG-Leben sagen.
Die Küche hat aber einen relativen großen Esstisch und beide Zimmer haben jeweils geeignete Sitzmöglichkeiten um einen gemütlichen Abend gemeinsam zu verbringen um sich kennenzulernen. Sonst ist es aufgrund der Größe der Zimmer auch super easy sich zurückzuziehen.
We are two befriended medicine students that moved to Heidelberg together to continue our studies.
Because we are subletting both rooms, theres nothing much we can say about the social living aspect in the appartement. But the kitchen has a roomy dining table and both rooms have comfy seating arrangments, where you can spend a nice evening together and get to know each other. And because of the sizes of the rooms, its really easy to get enpigh alone time.
