Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m2 groß, geräumig und gemütlich mit einem schönen Blick auf den Heiligenberg. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, 2 Regalen und einem großen Kleiderschrank.
The room has 18m2, roomy, spacious and cosy with a good view of the hill site. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, 2 shelves and a big closet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im schönen Handschuhsheim, fast direkt am Hans-Thoma-Platz. Man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5- 10 Minuten im Neuenheimer Feld und an der PH
und in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Supermärkte (Penny, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann) sind auch super nah. Ansonsten kann man in wenigen Minuten auf die Felder spazieren oder den Heiligenberg hochlaufen, wenn man mal ein wenig Abwechslung braucht.
The flat is on the third floor, of a multiple dwelling in Handschuhsheim, near the Hans-Thoma-Platz. By bike you are in 5-10 minutes in the Neuenheimer Feld and at the pädagogische Hochschule. In 15 min. you are at the Bismarckplatz. For grocery shopping Penny, Rewe, Aldi and Rossmann are nearby. For a walk, you can go to the Heiligenberg or on the Handschuhsheimer field.
Die WG ist eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit heller Küche und Bad. Beide Zimmer werden untervermietet weil wir ein Auslandssemester machen. Eins der Zimmer ist bereits vergeben.
Zum Mitwohnen wird eine QTBIPOC freundliche Person. Begeisterung für kreativen Ausdruck jeder Art und für Tee ist nicht verpflichtend aber wird sehr geschätzt ;)
The flat has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Both rooms will be rented for subtenancy because we both will spend some months abroad. One of the rooms is already rented out.
For the other room, we are looking for a QTBIPOC friendly person.
Love and passion for creative EXPRESSION of any kind and good tea are not obligatory but beyond appreciated.
