Bright, furnished room (13.2 sqm) in HD- Handschuhsheim, equipped with a bed, a three-door wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, swivel chair and lights.
The room is in a 5-room apartment on the first floor of a multi-storey residential and commercial building. You share the kitchen, bathroom and washing machine with your roommates. In summer you can meet on the large shared balcony. All rooms and the hallway have laminate floors. Telephone, TV and Internet connections are available. The kitchen is also equipped with the most important utensils, so you don't have to buy any household goods for your stay in Heidelberg.
The location is quiet, but very conveniently located. Via the B 3 you can be on the A 5 (Basel-Frankfurt) in a few minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the main train station by public transport (lines 5, 23, 24 about 50 m away, lines 21, 38 in approx. 100 m away from the OEG train station). It takes about 3 minutes by bike to reach Neuenheimer Feld and - depending on your condition and destination - in about 15 minutes to the university clinics and institutes there. On the Neuenheimer Feld you will also find the sports facilities of the university and the Handschuhsheim sports club. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to get to the old town.
All important shops are in the immediate vicinity: bakers, groceries, drugstores, dry cleaners, pharmacies, banks, post offices, copy shops.
We are looking for students/PhD at the University below 29 years old. Also you will have to sign a contract of at least one year which can be further extended. Thank you.
The contract will start from 10th November 2022.
