Nach meinem Studium verlasse ich nach langen Jahren meine Studentenwg und hinterlasse ein schönes 14 qm Zimmer (Zimmer 1 der Wohnungsbilder) in unserer WG in Handschuhsheim. Die Wohnung ist nahe am Hans-Thoma-Platz gelegen und sehr geräumig für drei Personen, mit einer großen Küche, perfekt geeignet für Koch- und Weinabende und einem großen, halb überdachten Balkon, den man im Frühjahr in eine kleine Stadtoase verwandeln kann.
Aktuell leben in der WG noch Taleah, eine Tierpflegerin mit Vorliebe für Greifvögel und Xizhe, der gerade sein Medizinstudium beendet und anschließend nach Bonn zieht. Bei uns dreien steht ein Wechsel an und die Wohnung eignet sich deswegen auch perfekt für eine WG Neugründung. Taleah plant ihren Umzug für Mitte Dezember, Xizhe wird vermutlich gegen Ende Dezember ausziehen. Damit werden in den nächsten Monaten auch die beiden anderen Zimmer frei. Taleahs Zimmer ist ca 14 qm groß (ebenfalls 430 Euro, Zimmer 2) und Xizhes 29 qm (550 Euro, Zimmer 3). Gerne übergeben wir auch die ganze Wohnung an eine Nachfolge-WG, die unsere Wohnung zu ihrem neuen Zuhause machen möchte oder eine Person, die sich eine neue WG einrichten will 🙂
I am moving out of my student flat after many years and leave a nice 14 qm room (the room with the colorful bedspread and many plants) in our WG in Handschuhsheim. The apartment is close to Hans-Thoma-Platz and very spacious for three people, with a big kitchen, perfect for cooking with friends/sipping wine and a big, half-covered balcony, which you can turn into a little oasis in spring.
Currently, Taleah, an animal keeper with a fondness for birds of prey, and Xizhe, who is just finishing his medical studies and will then move to Bonn, live in the shared apartment. The three of us are going to move and the apartment is therefore perfect for a new WG. Taleah plans to move in mid-December, Xizhe will probably move out around the end of December. This will free the other two rooms in the next few months. Taleah's room is about 14 sqm (also 430 Euro, black closet) and Xizhe's 29 sqm (550 Euro, light bed and green sofa). We happily hand over the whole apartment to a successor WG who wants to make our apartment their new home, a person who wants to set up a new WG or individual new roomies 🙂
Die Wohnung ist super angeschlossen, mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür (7 min zum Bismarckplatz und 5 min ins Neuenheimer Feld). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Bäcker usw. liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Im Haus wohnen neben dir/euch dann noch eine weitere WG und zwei Einzelpersonen, allesamt sehr nett und bisher gab es nie Probleme mit langen Abenden mit Freunden.
The apartment is super connected, with public transport stop right in front of the door (7 min to Bismarckplatz and 5 min to Neuenheimer Feld). Shopping facilities, doctors, bakers, etc. are right on the doorstep. Besides you, there is another flat-sharing community and two single persons living in the house, all of them very nice and so far there have never been any problems with long evenings with friends.
Da wir alle demnächst gehen, schreibe ich etwas mehr über die Wohnung und überlasse es euch, sich das Zusammenleben hier nach den eigenen Wünschen zu gestalten. Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum mit einer extra Ecke für Waschmaschine und Trockner, einem Kellerabteil, Fahrradschuppen, einer extra Abstellkammer und Schränken im Flur. Die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine wurden erst Mitte diesen Jahres neu gekauft und werden gegen 260 Euro pro neuem Mitbewohner mit übergeben. Mein Kleiderschrank und das Bett können für 50 Euro auch übernommen werden. Taleahs Zimmer kann ohne Kosten möbliert übergeben werden und Xizhe würde seine Einrichtung für insgesamt 400 Euro übergeben (Verhandlungsbasis).
Wir freuen uns auf die nächste WG, die sich hier gemütlich einrichtet und bei Interesse, schreib gerne kurz etwas über dich/euch! 🙂
Since we are all leaving soon, I'll write a bit more about the apartment and leave it to you to arrange living together here according to your own wishes. There is a lot of storage space with an extra corner for the washing machine and the dryer, a cellar compartment, bicycle shed, an extra storage room and cupboards in the hallway. The dishwasher and washing machine were just newly purchased in the middle of the year and will be included in exchange for 260 euros per new roommate. My closet and bed can also be taken over for 50 euros. Taleah's room can be handed over furnished at no cost and Xizhe would hand over his furnishings for a total of 400 euros (negotiable).
We are looking forward to the next WG to get comfy here and if you are interested, feel free to write something short about you 🙂 .
Für die Castings haben wir den 14. und 15.11. ab 16 Uhr angesetzt. Gebt uns einfach Bescheid, wann ihr Zeit hättet.
P.S. aktuell zahlen wir alle drei etwas weniger, haben aber die Miete mit den geschätzten Nebenkosten etwas höher angegeben, damit die neuen Gaspreise schon einberechnet sind und es keine bösen Überraschungen gibt

P.S. currently all three of us pay a little less, but have slightly increased the rent with the estimated utility costs, so that the new gas prices are already included and there are no unpleasant surprises
