Hallo! ich bitte 25qm Zimmer in einer netten 2er-WG in Eppelheim. Das Zimmer ist hell und hat insgesamt drei Fenster mit 10qm private balcony. Aufgrund der Größe kann man das Zimmer fast wie eine kleine Studio-Wohnung einrichten. Alle Möbel sind neu und inclusive. Ein Vorteil ist dass es kommt keine Abschlagkosten für die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man im Alltag so braucht und auch alles, was den Alltag noch schöner macht (geräumige Wohnküche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, helles Bad, Garten etc.) und ist optimal an den ÖPNV angebunden (Straßenbahn-Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür = 15 Min. zum HD-Hbf). Außerdem sind sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Cafés, Bäcker usw. praktisch mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.
Wir brauchen sie eine Bürgschaft der Eltern oder Einkommensnachweis. Eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung ist ebenfalls notwendig.

Hello! I offer a 25 qm room in a nice 2-person shared apartment in Eppelheim. The room is bright and has three big windows and 10 qm private balcony. Because of its size, the room can almost be furnished like a small studio apartment. The room and flat is fully furnished and included in the price. For example, there is a bed, coffee table, desk, dresser, closet, nightstands. Washing machine and dishwasher and oven are completely new and included in the price. You don’t have to take care of electricity and internet WLAN.
The apartment has everything you need in everyday life (spacious kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, bright bathroom, balcony for nice grill parties in the Summer, etc.) and is optimally connected to public transport (tram station = 15 min. to HD-Hbf). Importantly, all shopping facilities (ALDI, REWE, DM, ….), doctors, cafes, bakers, etc. are practically within a few steps.
The other room is rented to a lady from the US. She’s student. We will need a guarantee of the parents or proof of income. You also need to provide a personal liability insurance.
