The lovely room on the second floor belongs to a 3 person-WG. It belongs to GGH Heidelberg and is only open to students with a visa for more than three months. The rent is 270 euros per month. The room will be free from April, 1st. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, etc., and you can share the wifi with apartmentmates for 8 euros per month. It is along the Neckar so the view is marvelous from the window. The Königstuhl mountain is behind and it is perfect for hiking. The kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and cellular are shared. There is also a washing room in the building with two washing machines (2 euros each wash) and one dryer (1.5 euros each time). The bus stop is directly next to the building and you can reach the old town within 8 min, and on average there are 6-7 buses per hour. REWE can be reached within 5 min by bus. The bike road along the Neckar is also amazing and you can go without any traffic lights on the way. If you are interested, feel free to contact me and you are also welcome to visit.
