- Einige Fotos wurden aufgenommen bevor die ersten Bewohner eingezogen sind.
Eine Einbauküche inkl. Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Herd und Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Angeschlossen an die Küche gibt es einen separaten Vorratsraum. Damit ist die Küche das ideale Zentrum für die WG.
Das Bad und die Toilette sind in separaten Räumen und im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine.

A fitted kitchen including dishwasher, oven, cooker and refrigerator is available. Attached to the kitchen there is a separate pantry. This makes the kitchen the ideal centre for the shared apartment.
The bathroom and the toilet are in separate rooms and a washing machine is in the bathroom.
Die WG befindet sich im 1. OG eines 3-Familien-Hauses in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Dennoch sind es nur etwa 200m zum S-Bahnhof Hirschhorn (Google gibt fälschlicherweise einen längeren Weg an, weil die Treppen zum Bahnsteig nicht erkannt werden). Von dort erreicht man alle halbe Stunde den Heidelberger Hbf in nur 26 min Fahrzeit.
Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick über den Neckar.
Umrandet ist das Haus mit einem schönen Garten mit Apfelbäumen, Gartenhütte und Sitzplätzen. Dort lässt es sich wunderbar vom Alltag erholen.
In Laufnähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei sowie Restaurants, Cafés und Ärzte.

The shared apartment is on the first floor of a 3-family house in a quiet side street. Nevertheless, it is only about 200m to the Hirschhorn S-Bahn station (Google Maps proposes a longer route as it doesn't know about the stairs down to the platform). From there you can reach Heidelberg main station every half hour in only 26 minutes.
From the balcony you have a great view over the Neckar (river).
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with apple trees, a garden hut and seating areas. It is a wonderful place to relax from everyday life.
Within walking distance there is a supermarket with bakery as well as restaurants, cafés and doctors.
Um mehr über das WG-Leben zu erfahren, werde ich dich nach einem ersten Telefonat mit mir an die aktuellen Bewohner weiterleiten. Ich selbst bin der Vermieter und wohne nicht in dem Haus.

Das Zimmer wird voll möbiliert vermietet (mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Kommoden etc.). Allerding habe ich von dem Möbiliar noch keine Bilder.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. April 2024 frei.
