Das helle Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses mit einem großen Fenster Richtung Westen. Das gesamte Haus mit ihrem Keller, Dachboden, Garten steht der WG zur Verfügung. Im Erdgeschoss sind 3 der 4 WG-Zimmer zufinden, sowie ein Bad inklusive Dusche und einem geräumigen Flur. Im ersten Obergeschoss liegt das große Wohnzimmer, die Küche, ein zweites Bad inklusive Dusche und das vierte Zimmer.
The bright room is on the first floor of a detached house with a large west-facing window. The entire house with its cellar, attic and garden is available to the flat share. On the first floor there are 3 of the 4 rooms, as well as a bathroom with shower and a spacious hallway. On the second floor is the large living room, the kitchen, a second bathroom with shower and the fourth room.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Nahkauf, Aldi, Lidl, sowie Bäcker sind in einem Radius von etwa 300m zu finden. Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist sehr gut. In 5 Gehminuten sind Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Und mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in der Altstadt oder im Uni Campus im Neuenheimer Feld.
Various shopping facilities such as Nahkauf, Aldi, Lidl and a bakery can be found within a radius of around 300m. The public transport connections are very good. The bus and tram are just a 5-minute walk away. And you can quickly reach the old town or the university campus in Neuenheimer Feld by bike.
Du wirst zusammen wohnen mit Carly (30), Marvin (30) und Lude (29).
Carly arbeitet im Bereich Bioengineering und liebt es, Fußball zu spielen und bouldern zu gehen. Marvin geht auch für sein Leben gerne Bouldern, macht seinen PhD in Umweltphysik und verwandelt das Wohnzimmer immer mal wieder in ein Gesellschaftsspiel-Schlachtfeld. Lude arbeitet als Systementwickler für Laserlithographie-Systeme und geht in seiner Freizeit rudern.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt. Wir verbringen häufig mal den Abend zusammen, kochen was, trinken ein Bier oder Glas Wein oder schauen auf unserem Beamer gemeinsam einen Film. Wir suchen keine*n Zweck-Mitbewohner*in, sondern eine Person, die Lust hat auf lustige Küchen-Gespräche, gelegentliche Spieleabende und ab und an ein Käffchen in der Sonne vor dem Haus.
You will be living with Carly (30), Marvin (30) and Lude (29).
Carly works in bioengineering and loves to play soccer and go bouldering. Marvin also loves bouldering, is doing his PhD in environmental physics and occasionally turns the living room into a board game battlefield. Lude works as a system developer for laser lithography systems and goes rowing in his spare time.
Life in the shared flat is relaxed. We often spend the evening together, cook something, have a beer or glass of wine or watch a movie together on our projector. We are looking for a flatmate, who is up for fun kitchen chats, occasional game nights and the occasional coffee in the sun in front of the house.
