Wir suchen ab dem 01.03. eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere gemütliche Kirchheimer-WG!
Dein Zimmer ist 18 qm groß, hat einen riesigen Einbauschrank und direkten Zugang zu unserem schönen Balkon. Wir haben eine gemütliche Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Auch von der Küche aus kommt man auf den Balkon. Mit unseren Nachbarn teilen wir uns einen Innenhof, in dem Fahrräder sicher abgestellt werden können. Außerdem hat jede WG eine Waschmaschine im Keller und ein Kellerabteil.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our cozy flatshare in Kirchheim starting 1st of March.
Your room is 20qm. It has a huge built-in closet and a door that opens to the balcony. We have a cozy kitchen that is fully equipped with anything you might need. We can also access the balcony from the kitchen. We share a courtyard with the neighbors where you can safely store your bike. In the basement is a washing machine for our apartment as well as some storage space.
Die WG hat eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Lage. Lidl und Aldi sind, in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Apotheken, Bäcker, Friseure und vieles weitere sind auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man hat also in der näheren Umgebung eigentlich alles, was man braucht! Super praktisch ist auch, dass Bus und Straßenbahn fast direkt vor der Tür abfahren, so dass man mit Öffis in 15-20 Minuten in der Altstadt ist. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es ungefähr genauso lange.
The apartment is in a quiet but very convenient location. Lidl and Aldi are in less than five minutes walking distance. Pharmacies, Bakeries, hairdressers and other things can also be reached by foot in just a few minutes. So, everything you need is close by! The tram and bus stops are also just one minute away. It takes around 15 minutes to get to the city center with public transport or by bike.
Du würdest mit Christina (29) und Lana (24) zusammenwohnen. Christina studiert Soziologie und arbeitet nebenher in einem Büro, meistens allerdings aus dem Home-Office. Lana studiert Psychologie und ist im 3. Semester ihres Masters. Sie fängt bald ihre Masterarbeit und ein Praktikum in der Neuropsychologie an.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr angenehm und total ungezwungen. Wir kochen total gerne zusammen und verbringen viel Zeit miteinander in der Küche bei einer Tasse Tee/Kaffee oder einem Glas Wein! Im Sommer genießen wir oft zusammen unseren sonnigen Balkon mit schönem Blick auf den Wald.
You would be living together with Christina (29) and Lana (24). Christina studies sociology and works in an office but she works from home most of the time. Lana is in her third semester of the clinical psychology master's. She will start her thesis and an internship in neuropsychology soon. We both speak English and German. But Christina also speaks Spanish and Lana speaks Portuguese.
The atmosphere in our flatshare is very enjoyable and easy-going. We love to cook together and we spend a lot of time in our kitchen drinking tea/coffee or wine and just hanging out and talking. During summer we enjoy our sunny balcony with a nice view of the hills and forest.
