ich biete ein WG-Zimmer, ab 01. September 2021 für eine langfristige Zeit an. Es handelt sich um 18qm Zimmer in einer großen Wohnung (2 ZKB mit ca. 58 qm) in Leimen/ St Ilgen in der Nähe vom St-Ilgen Bahnhof (Leimen).
Im Preis sind alle weiteren Kosten (monatliche Miete und Nebenkosten) enthalten. D.h. 390 € Warmmiete.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett (Sofa-Bett) und Nachttisch, Stehlampe, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche (Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle usw.) und es gibt auch mit Esstisch und Stühle. Das Geschirr kann mitbenutzt werden.
Es gibt ein Badzimmer mit Duschwanne und Waschbecken. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.

Je propose une chambre en colocation, à partir de septembre 2021 pour une longue durée. Il s'agit d'une chambre de 18m² dans un grand appartement (2 ZKB avec environ 58 m²) à Leimen/ St Ilgen non loin de la gare.
Le prix comprend tous les frais (loyer mensuel et charges), soit 390 € dont tous les frais divers inclus.
La chambre est équipée d'un lit (canapé-lit) et d'une table de nuit, d'un lampadaire, d'une armoire, d'une étagère, d'une table de travail et d'une chaise. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée (avec cuisinière, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, etc.) et il y a également une table de repas et des chaises. Les utensibles de cuisine peuvent être utilisés en commun.
Il y a une salle de bain avec une douche et un lavabo. Une machine à laver est également disponible.

The room is equipped with a bed (sofa bed) and a bedside table, a lamp, a wardrobe, a shelf, a work table and a chair.The flat has a well-equipped kitchen (with cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator etc.) and there is also a dining table and chairs. Kitchen utensils can be shared. There is a bathroom with a shower and washbasin. A washing machine is also available. The apartment is located centrally at the bus and train station, only a few minutes walk away (approx. 5 minutes, with a direct connection to the centre of Leimen and to the train station St Ilgen/Leimen).
Shopping facilities such as supermarkets are nearby.
Not far from SAP Walldorf, just a few minutes from Leimen/St-Ilgen Bahnhof.
Die Wohnanlage befindet sich zentral am Bus- und Bahnhof Station, nur sehr wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig von der Wohnung, mit einer Direktverbindung zum Leimen-Zentrum und zum Bahnhof St Ilgen/Leimen.
Sie erreichen Heidelberg direkt mit der Linie 23, oder der S-Bahn, und nach Walldorf sind es 3 Minuten mit der S-Bahn oder 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Supermärkten sind in unmittelbarer fußläufiger Umgebung.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Netto, Edeka und Mixmarkt, außerdem gibt es weitere Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Penny und Denn's Biomarkt.
