Das Dachzimmer (ca. 12 m^2) ist mit einem großen Fenster und einem Waschbecken ausgestattet. Da ich nach den 4 Monaten wiederkomme, bleiben alle Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Schrank, Kallax) immer Zimmer. Da mache ich dann natürlich Platz für deine Sachen :)
Für gemütliches Zusammensitzen und Freunde treffen gibt es ein Wohnzimmer und eine geräumige Küche. Das Bad ist recht klein, aber dafür schnell geputzt :) (und da jeder ein Waschbecken hat, kommt man sich auch nicht in die Quere). Vor dem Haus hast du die Möglichkeit dein Fahrrad zu parken. Der Mietpreis von 300 Euro ist die Warmmiete. Dazu kommen dann noch Internet und GEZ.
Die Zwischenmiete ist von Anfang September bis Ende Dezember.
The attic room (approx. 12 m^2) has a large window and a sink. All my furniture (bed, desk, dresser, closet, Kallax) stays in the room. If course, I'm going to make room for your stuff in my furniture.
There is a living room and a spacious kitchen for sitting together and meeting friends. The bathroom is quite small, but cleaned quickly :) (and since everyone has a sink, you don't get in each other's way). You can park your bike in front of the house. The rental price of 300 euros is the warm rent. Internet and GEZ have to be paid additionally.
The interim rental is from the beginning of September until the end of December.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral in Neuenheim gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 2 min im Neuenheimer Feld und in 10 min in der Altstadt. Auch der Bahnhof ist gut zu erreichen und die nächste Bus- bzw. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten erreichbar.
Das nahe gelegene Mathematikon bietet mit Aldi, Rossmann und Rewe alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Auch die Neckarwiese ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
The apartment is located super centrally in Neuenheim. By bike you can be in the Neuenheimer Feld in 2 minutes and in the old town in 10 minutes. The train station is also easy to reach and the next bus or tram stop can be reached on foot within 2-5 minutes.
The nearby Mathematicon offers everything you need (Aldi, Rossmann and Rewe). The Neckarwiese is around the corner.
Ich, Anne, ziehe für 4 Monate wegen eines Praktikums zu meinen Eltern. Daher sind wir jetzt auf der Suche nach einem/r Zwischenmieter/in.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären dieser Zeit wären Helen (23), die Medizin im 10. Semester studiert, sowie die Mira (25) und Erin (23), die ihren PhD in Molekularbiologie machen. Da wir dadurch alle ziemlich beschäftigt sind, ist uns ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang im Alltag wichtig. Abends kochen wir gerne und viel gemeinsam und auch sonst unternehmen wir häufig etwas zusammen (Unisport, wandern, Filme schauen, Pflanzen kaufen…). Wenn du also Lust auf ein aktives WG-Leben hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig! 😊
I, Anne, am moving to my parents for 4 months because of an internship. Therefore, we are now looking for an interim tenant. Your roommates during this time would be Helen (23), who is studying medicine in her 10th semester, Mira (25) and Erin (23), who are doing their PhD in molecular biology. Since we are all quite busy, being respectful in everyday life is important to us. In the evenings we like to cook together and otherwise we enjoy spending time with each other (university sports, hiking, watching films, buying plants...).
