Dank zwei großen Fenstern ist es sehr hell. Die Ausstattung umfasst einen geräumiger verspiegelter Schiebeschrank, ein 1.60m breites Bett, einen 1.6m langen, höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch (auf dem Bild ist noch der alte Tisch zu sehen), eine antike Holzkommode sowie einen Bürostuhl.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd und Waschmaschine mit ausreichend Platz zum Kochen und Verweilen sowie ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne.

from the 28th of March until 15th of April 2024, I am offering the beautiful West room for sublet.
Thanks to two large windows, it is very bright. The furnishings include a spacious mirrored sliding wardrobe, a 1.60m wide bed, a 1.6m long, height-adjustable desk (the old desk is still visible in the picture), an antique wooden dresser, and an office chair.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and washing mashine with plenty of space for cooking and relaxing, as well as a daylight bathroom with a bathtub.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und schön in Neuenheim, wo du aus den Fenstern Eichhörnchen beobachten und die umliegenden grünen Hügel sehen kannst.
Mathematikon und die meisten Universitären Einrichtungen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Bus, der eine Minute Fußweg entfernt hält, in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Aldi, Lidl und Rossmann sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Natur ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt: In 5 Minuten bist du im Wald, an der Neckarwiese oder auf dem bekannten Philosophenweg.
