Hi,
I’m looking for a subtenant for my room in a 2-person female flatshare starting from 10th April (latest 15th April). The room is available until 31st July.
The warm rent is 544€ including everything (heating, internet, electricity, GEZ etc.) The room is fully furnished. The apartment is fully equiped with dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, toaster, refridgerator, dining table, etc. There is extra storage space in a store room as well as basement storage unit.
My flatmate (with whom you will be sharing the apartment) is a biologist, doing her PhD at EMBL. She speaks English, German and Lithuanian
Die Wohnung liegt in Neuenheim. Die Haltestelle Brückenstraße ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist in etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein anderer in 10 min. Den Bismarckplatz erreicht man in 8–10 Minuten zu Fuß.
The apartment is located in Neuenheim. The tram and bus stop Brückenstraße is 4 min away by foot. There is a supermarket only 4 min away, and another about 10 min away. You are at Bismarckplatz on foot in 8-10 min. The lication is ideal for anyone studying in INF, Bergheim campus or on Altstadt campus.
Ihre Mitbewohnerin ist ruhiger Mensch, hält Sauberkeit für sehr wichtig und ist allgemein ganz chill. Sie ist Doktorandin am EMBL.
Ich verlange 50 Euro für die Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsgegenstände, zu denen ich ebenfalls beigetragen habe. Gerne kann ich Ihnen eine Liste dieser Dinge zukommen lassen.
