In unserer WG werden ab dem 1. Dezember zwei Zimmer frei.
Das eine Zimmer ist ca 14 qm groß (Miete ca. 365€), das zweite ca. 10 qm (Miete ca. 300€).
Beide haben ein großes Dachfenster, durch das viel Tageslicht fällt. Die Zimmer werden möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank) vermietet und verfügen über ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Unser geräumiger Dachboden wird als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer genutzt, dort gibt es Sofas und einen Fernseher. Außerdem bietet er genug Platz, um dort die Wäsche aufzuhängen.
From the 1st December two rooms will be free. One measures roughly 10 m², the other about 14 m² and both have a large window, which allows plenty of sunlight through.
The rooms are furnished (bed, desk, bookcase, cupboard) and have their own sink. Our spacious loft is used as a living room and is furnished with sofas and a TV. You can also hang your washing there (washing machines are in the basement and free to use).
Unsere WG befindet sich in der Brückenstraße in Neuenheim.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist die Haltestelle Brückenstraße mit den Linien 5, 23 und 31.
Zur Neckarwiese sind es nur 300 Meter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen - Lidl (1min) und Rewe (5min). Den Bismarckplatz erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten.
Our flat is located in Neuenheim, right beside the bus and tram stop Brückenstraße (lines 5, 23 and 31) and only five minutes’ walk from Bismarkplatz. It’s ideally situated for anyone working/studying in the old town or on the campus in Neuenheimer Feld.
Lidl is a one-minute walk away, Rewe 5 mins away, and there’s a great farmers’ market every Saturday that takes place just across the road.

Da wir alle mehr oder weniger stark durch unser Studium beansprucht werden und nebenher alle arbeiten, haben wir oft nur abends oder am Wochenende Zeit etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Wir haben alle unser eigenes Leben und Freunde, verstehen uns aber untereinander prima und sitzen gerne zusammen in unserem kleinen Flur oder auf dem Dachboden. In unregelmäßigen Abständen gehen wir auch mal in die Altstadt feiern.
Im Idealfall passt deine momentane Lebensstruktur in dieses Bild und wir lernen uns bald kennen!

are looking for new flatmates.
Since we are all studying, we tend to only have time for communal activities in the evening or on the weekend. We often cook together or relax by the river (2 mins away), and we get along excellently. Sometimes we'll chill in the corridor or in the loft and have some drinks - it's all very relaxed and you can be as much a part of the flat as you like :)
Der Innenhof des Hauses hat eine überdachte Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Unsere Waschmaschine steht im Waschraum im Keller.
Außerdem hat unsere WG einen Dachboden, der zum Wohnzimmer ausgebaut wurde.

The inner courtyard has a covered area for locking up your bike. Our washing machine is in the basement.
The flat also has a loft, which we use as a communal area and is very cosy.
