Unser wunderschönes Altbauzimmer wird frei, daher suchen wir eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in zum 01.September 2023, es ist auch schon ein Einzug ab 1.07. möglich
Leider werde ich aus beruflichen Gründen aus dieser WG ausziehen. Die Einrichtung (siehe Fotos) kann zum größten Teil übernommen werden.
Es handelt sich um eine ca. 200 qm große Altbau-Wohnung, die schon seit den 70er Jahren als WG funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist etwa 28qm groß, hat hohe Stuck-verzierte Decken, ist nach Osten ausgerichtet.
Die hohen Decken verleihen dem Zimmer noch mehr Raum. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf die schöne Brückenstraße.
Zur weiteren Nutzung steht die große Küche zur Verfügung. Die übrigen Zimmer bewohnen ein Musiker, ein Philosoph, eine Medizinerin, eine Theaterpädagogin, ein Geschäftsführer von einem Ökobaustoff-Label-Verein - alle sehr freundlich, offen, umgänglich, interessiert und rücksichtsvoll.

A beautiful room in a Vintage Flat is free from 1st July 2023. It is 28m² large and has high stucco-ornamented ceilings to give it an even bigger appearance. Also, it has two large windows that give a view of the beautiful Brückenstrasse street and the forests. The floor is parquet and the walls are white. There are 2 toilets, 1 with a shower.
This vast 200 sqm apartment is located in a 19th century building in the center of Neuenheim and functions, since about the 1970s, as a shared apartment.
Further common room is the grand kitchen. The remaining rooms are inhabited by a music teacher, a psychologist, a mathematician and an dentist. All my roomies are and have been very open, friendly, and companionable. We mostly meet in the kitchen but hardly cook together since working hours are not always the same for everyone. The most frequently spoken languages in the apartment are English, German and Spanish. The house is very close to a supermarket, the tram/bus stop is only 3 minutes away and Bismarck platz is within walking distance as well.
In 5 Min Fußnähe zum Zentrum und Neckar, angebunden an die OEG (Richtung Ma & Weinheim) direkt vor Tür.
In 3 Fußminuten Nähe: Philosophenweg, 5 Bäckereien, der Neuenheimer Markt, Feinkostläden. Der Lidl direkt neben dem Haus und Rewe in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Auch Infrastruktur wie Banken, etc alles in der Brückenstraße.
The flat is located in the very beautiful Neuenheim suburb of HD which is very near to backeries, the Neuenheim weekend markets, language schools, university and to the Philosophenweg. All of these places can be reached within 5 to 15 minutes. The tram stop is only less than 1 min walk away. There are many eating places, doctors, and pharmacies around. It is also right next to a LIDL.
Wir wohnen zu sechst in unserer WG. Trotzdem gibt es genug Platz, so dass man sich auch in aller Ruhe zurückziehen kann. Deine potentiellen, zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind ein Musiker, eine Psychologin, ein Ingenieur und ein Matheprofessor. Wenn es die Zeit ergibt sitzen wir gerne in der Küche zusammen und kochen auch ab und zu, diskutieren oder spielen auch mal etwas zusammen. Uns ist wichtig das man gut miteinander klar kommt, so dass wir uns nicht als Zweck WG bezeichnen würden. Wenn du offen, neugierig und Nichtraucher bist dann würden wir dich gerne kennen lernen.
Was uns wichtig ist:
- Offenheit, Ehrlichkeit und Herzlichkeit. Gerade beim gemeinsamen Wohnen sind uns ein offenes Miteinander sehr wichtig, damit langfristig ein schönes und vertrautes Verhältnis entstehen kann.
- Eine gepflegte Grundordnung und Sauberkeit – ohne hier zu penibel zu sein.

- Sinn und Zeit für Kaffee, Humor und Gemütlichkeit :)
There are a total of 5 people in the flat, including yourself. The flat is big enough for you to retreat to your own space and have peace. Your potential flatmates are a musician and music teacher, a psychologist, an Engineer and a Mathematics Professor. They enjoy spending some time in the kitchen but often have very different schedules so do not really cook together. They are the best WG-mates I have ever had. They are extremely respectful of personal space and are friendly and welcoming. I moved to Germany only knowing them and they have told me all the places to go in HD. I am sure you will have a great time living with them.
They have a cleaning lady that comes every week to clean the house.
