TEMPORARY ACCOMADATION 1 year
TOP LOCATION+ TOP PEOPLE! This is an international WG with young professionals: one phd student from Italy, and two girls from Germany (27 and 31). After 10 years I have to leave my 31 mq room. Our WG is 100 m from the Neckarwiese, in one of the most romantical and wonderful area of Heidelberg. We are quiet people, we work and study a lot. The room is free from the 1st of September 2020, first just FOR ONE YEAR, probably even longer. Cost of the room is 475 euro, including the rent of the furniture (bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, desk, nightstand, wash machine etc.), not including GEZ and Internet (about 15 euro monthly).
