The room has everything that a student needs. The wardrove is huge and it is a pretty comfortable room in general. There equipment is very general, similar to other WG from Neuenheim. The building is not renovated, but the experience is not that different in comparison with one that is. I bought a pair of blinds that can be reused if interested and they really help for the sun and the heat from summer..
The room is only available for students from Universität Heidelberg.
The building is 5 mins by bike from Mathemathikon (Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann). There is a bus stop just 2 minutes away. Hospitals are also next to the building.
The living in the flat was pretty good. We organized Wg Abends very often and we never had problems. They are very clean and we respect the preferences from each other.
