Bei uns wird ein gemütliches und ruhiges Zimmer in einer großräumigen Maisonette-Wohnung im Zentrum von Neuenheim ab Anfang August frei.
Dein potentielles Zimmer ist mit einer Kommode und eingebauten Regalen ausgestattet, die zu den Abmessungen des Zimmers passen. Ein Bett und Schreibtisch sind im Keller und können in Absprache mit der Vermieterin genutzt werden. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, wodurch es schön hell ist. Die restliche Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (Küche mit Gas- und Elektroherd, Waschmaschine...) und geht über zwei Stockwerke. Du würdest dir das Badezimmer im unteren Geschoss (mit Dusche und Badewanne) mit zwei von uns teilen.
Die Miete (ingesamt 365€) beinhaltet auch alle sonstigen Kosten (Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag etc.)

A cozy and quiet room in a spacious maisonette apartment in the center of Neuenheim will be available at the 15th February -it's also possible to move in early. Your potential room is partially equipped with built-in shelves that match the dimensions of the room. Bed and desk can be used in consultation with the landlady. The rest of the flat is already equipped (equipped large kitchen, washing machine …) and composed of two floors. You would share the downstairs bathroom (with shower) with one of us.
The rent (a total of 355 €) includes all other costs (internet, radio license, etc.)
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Neuenheims direkt um die Ecke zum Marktplatz. Dementsprechend sind alle Wege recht kurz: Der Lidl in der Brückenstraße ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, gleiches gilt für die Haltestelle „Brückenstraße“, ein Rewe ist ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung. Zur Neckarwiese braucht man keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bismarckplatz ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Neuenheimer Feld erreicht man ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit.

The flat is located in the centre of Neuenheim, directly round the corner to the market square. Thus, all routes are quite short: the Lidl at the Brückenstraße is just a few steps away, the same applies to the station/bus stop „Brückenstraße“ and a Rewe market is also very close. You need less than 5 minutes by foot to the Neckarwiese, the Bismarckplatz can be reached by foot in 7 minutes and the Neuenheimer Feld is not far away.
In der WG leben Lianna (Psychologin und Musiktherapeutin), Luise (Studentin Sonderpädagogik), Julia (Doktorandin) und Esther (Fremdsprachenassistin). Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern laufen uns gerne im Flur oder in unserem Esszimmer/Küche über den Weg, tauschen uns aus oder lassen den Abend gemeinsam ausklingen. Andererseits sind wir auch keine Party-WG, sondern mögen es eher ruhig. Jeder bekommt hier seinen Freiraum, um sich nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag oder nach der Uni zu entspannen.

The current WG members are Lianna (Psychologist and Music Therapist), Luise (Student), Julia (PhD student) and Esther. We are no Zweck-WG, but like to meet in the hallway or in our dining room/kitchen to have a little chat and chill in the evening. On the other hand we are also not a party-WG, but like it rather calm. Everybody gets her free space here to calm down after a stressful day at work or at Uni.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin—gerne entweder schon fortgeschritten im Studium oder berufstätig—die Nichtraucherin ist, keine Haustiere hat und idealerweise auch Deutsch spricht.
