I am going to study in Japan for the coming winter semester 2022/2023, so I would love to sublease my student dorm during this period.
Please check the official website of studierendenwerk for more photos and details of the room.

The dorm is located in Neuenheim. Across the street is INF and I would say the location is better than dorms in INF because those dorms are pretty much deep inside the INF so it's quite inconvenient to go anywhere except if you are a science student and you have classes there. On the other hand, Commeniushaus is closer to the main station (2 stops by tram or 17 minutes walk) so if you want to have a weekend trip to Paris it's easy to just hop on the train.
To Bismarckplatz I usually take bus 31/29, it's just a 10-minute bus ride. Or you can walk along the Neckar river to reach there. It will take you about 20 minutes. The easiest way is riding a bike. That's gonna take you also only 8-10 minutes.
To old town it's easier to ride but you can also take a bus.
The closest grocery stores are REWE/Aldi at Mathematikon (6minutes walk away). Sparkasse bank and Rossmann (a drug store) are also there so it's very convenient.
There is a dorm bar that opens at every Tuesday and Thursday night. They serve cheap beers and good conversation so you can go there whenever you feel lonely. They also hold events sometimes so do check out the dorm WhatsApp group.
On the ground floor there is a piano room for you to practice your performance and a dorm library where you can study.
Laundry is done with the share washing machines and driers (which you need to operate with your student ID). Next to the laundry room is the common room where there are sofas to sit and a table tennis facility to play. Bring your mates here whenever you fancy a party.
I am a queer non binary person from my East Asia. I would prefer the subtenant could respect my culture and also my gender identity. (Don't worry, just act normal)
Electricity/heating/water is covered in the rent.
