da ich ausziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
Es gibt ein eigenes Waschbecken - sehr praktisch
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet:
Hochbett (90×200, s. Foto), Schrank mit Spiegel, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl.
Eine Matratze ist ebenfalls dabei, du kannst aber natürlich auch deine eigene mitbringen.
Das Zimmer liegt sehr ruhig, da das Fenster zum Hinterhof mit Pflanzen/Bäumen geht, von der Straße hörst du fast nichts.

i'm moving out, so i'm looking for a new tenant for my room.
There is a separate sink - very convenient
The room is rented furnished: Loft bed (photo), wardrobe with mirror, desk and office chair.
A mattress is also included, but of course you can bring your own.
I installed the loft bed myself at the time, with the high ceilings of the old building, it was the ideal solution to have more space.
The loft bed 'll remain in the room for you. I'm only looking for a new tenant who is interested in the loft bed.
The room is very quiet, as the window faces the backyard with plants/trees, you hear almost nothing from the street.
Die Lage ist perfekt! In ca. 5 min bist du mit dem Rad am Uniplatz oder im Neuenheimer Feld.
Die Haltestelle Brückenstraße (alle 3-5 min: Straßenbahn 5, 23/Bus 31, 29) und die Haltestelle Bergstraße sind 1 min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Bus 31 fährt direkt zum Uniplatz bzw. zum Bunsengymnasium (Neuenheimer Feld).
Direkt um die Ecke (50m) ist die Bäckerei Grimminger, und das Eiscafé Capri, der Lidl ist 3 min zu Fuß weg.
Die WG liegt am Anfang des Philosophenwegs und an der Neckarwiese bist du auch sofort.
Fahrradständer sind wenige Meter neben der Haustür.
Das Internet haben wir uns einfach immer geteilt, das war mit der Bandbreite kein Problem. Es gibt eine WG-WhatsApp-Gruppe, in der man Aktivitäten o.Ä. absprechen kann.
Deine Mitbewohner sind nett. Wenn man Zeit für sich und Ruhe braucht, ist das gar kein Problem.
Es gibt einen WG-Putzplan für die Küche und die Dusche. Die Toiletten werden von einer Putzkraft gereinigt. Die Müllabfuhr holt die Mülltonnen selbstständig ab, wir Mieter müssen keine Tonnen rausstellen.
