Da ich selbst aus dem Wohnheim ausziehen werde, möchte ich das Zimmer gerne für den Februar (und evtl. März) untervermieten.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er- WG im Studentenwohnheim und ist im ersten Stock. Es wird möbliert vergeben (Bett + Zubehör, Schreibtisch/ -stuhl, kleiner Rolltisch, Kleiderschrank und Regal). Es hat ein großes Fenster, man hat also immer Tageslicht im Zimmer:). Die Küche und das Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt und sind vollständig ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es eine Waschsalon, in welcher man zu jeder Zeit waschen kann.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 294€, die Nebenkosten und das WLAN sind da mit inbegriffen.
Since I will move out of the dormitory myself, I would like to book the room for February (and possibly March) sublet.
The room is located on the first floor. It is furnished (bed + accessories, desk/chair, small rolling table, wardrobe and shelf). It has a large window, so you always have daylight in the room:). The kitchen and bathroom are shared and fully equipped. There is also a launderette where you can wash at any time.
The total rent is 294€, all additional costs and Wi-Fi are included.
Das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich im Neuenheimer Feld, du bist also in wenigen Minuten am Uniklinikum oder an der Pädagogischen Hochschule.
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, von da aus fahren die Buslinien 31/32/37. Du kommst mit dem Bus oder mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10/ 15 Minuten überall hin (z.B. zum Bismarkplatz). Du kannst dein Fahrrad auch direkt vor dem Wohnheim abstellen.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe/ Aldi/ Rossmann/ Bäcker/ Schreibwarengeschäft) befinden sich in Laufnähe.
Man kann vom Wohnheim aus schöne Spaziergänge am Neckar oder auf dem Feld machen.
The dormitory is located in Neuenheimer Feld, so you will be at the university hospital or at the Pädagogischen Hochschule in a few minutes.
The bus stop is right outside the door, from there bus lines 31/32/37 run. You can come by bus or bicycle in approx. 10/ 15 minutes everywhere (e.g. to Bismarkplatz). You can also park your bike directly in front of the dormitory.
The nearest shopping facilities (Rewe/ Aldi/ Rossmann/ Bakery/ Stationery Store) are within walking distance.
You can take nice walks on the Neckar or in the field from the dormitory.
Du wirst für den Monat mit Thimi zusammenwohnen. Er studiert Medizin und arbeitet abends noch im Klinikum.
Da Thimi im März ebenfalls auszieht, wird unsere WG komplett frei. Man könnte die WG nach Absprache mit dem Studierendenwerk evtl. längerfristig übernehmen:).
You will live with Thimi for the month. He studies medicine.
Since Thimi is also moving out in March, our shared flat will be completely free. You could possibly take over the shared flat in the longer term after consultation with the Studierendenwerk:).
Da das Zimmer über das Studierendenwerk läuft, müsstest du für den Monat einer schulischen/ studentischen Tätigkeit nachgehen.
For the rent you must prove that you are doing a student activity in Heidelberg in February.
