16 qm Zimmer in internationaler WG

Hey da draußen!

Ich ziehe zum 09. September 2019 aus meinem Zimmer aus. Die Zurückgebliebenen sind daher sehr gespannt von dir zu hören.

Wir sind eine bunt gemischte und sehr entspannte WG. Der Dienstälteste der WG ist Flo, männlich, 25 und gebürtiger Kurpfälzer. Robin ist aus Kenia zu uns gestoßen, überrascht stereotypisch jeden Monat mit einer neuen Haarpracht und macht gerade ihren PhD am DKFZ. Maira kommt aus Pakistan und studiert Anthropologie oder sowas (Hippies). Lea ist das WG Baby, Hesse, und studiert Medizin.
In der WG wird viel Englisch gesprochen, aber sowohl Maira als auch Robin sprechen super deutsch, nur tun sie's selten ;) Wir sind keine Party WG, da wir alle, außer Maira, ernsthaften Studien nachgehen. Vor allem am Wochenende haben wir aber gerne Freunde da, Spielen, trinken und machen was man halt so macht.

Zwei Bäcker und, interessant falls die über dreißig bist, zwei Apotheken sind direkt um die Ecke. Ebenso wie eine Volksbank und eine Sparkasse.
Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 minuten an der Uni im Neuenheimer Feld und ungefähr genauso schnell am Bismarkplatz.
Falls du nicht gerne Rad fährst: Mittlerweile ist die Bahnstrecke (22) fertig und die Haltestelle ist zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen. Der 34er Bus fährt quasi direkt vor der Haustür ab.
Direkt an der Bahnhaltestelle befindet sich auch die beste Einkaufsmöglichkeit der Umgebung: der riesen Kaufland.

Wegen der Möbel: Ich könnte das Bett, den Kleiderschrank und die Couch abgeben, falls du Interesse hast. Ist aber kein Muss!

Hey folks!

I'll abandon my flat on the 9th of September 2019. Therefore, we're all excited to find a new nice, not as nice as me but nice, roommate.

Your new flatmates are easy and from around the world. There's Flo, 24, male, born in this region and just finished his Masters in Biology. Robin from Kenia, who continually surprises us with new hairstyles every other month and does her PhD at the German Cancer Research Centre. Maira sneaked in from Pakistan and studies anthropology or something (hippies). And, last but not least, our WG baby Lea, Hessian and a med student.
We communicate mostly in English although both, Robin and Maira speak decent German.
We don't party every day, since all of us follow serious studies, except for Maira ;) But especially on the weekends, we like to have friends over, cook, drink and just do what normal and cool and good-looking people do.

Bakeries, Pharmacies and two banks (Volksbank and Sparkasse) are just around the corner (1 min by foot). You reach the university in the Neuenheimer Feld in 15 min by bike. Approx the same time is needed to go by bike to the Bismarckplatz (city centre).
You're not into biking? Not a big deal: the tramline 22 re-opened and takes you directly to the city centre.
Right at the tram station, you'll find the supermarket "Kaufland", which is quite huge and offers everything you need and more.

About the furniture: If you're interested, we could talk about leaving the bed, couch and the wardrobe. But thats up to you!
