Hi! Wir suchen eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für die Monate September 2023 bis Februar 2024! Es handelt sich um ein schönes, helles und voll möbliertes Zimmer. Miete+Nebenkosten kommen auf rund 400€ im Monat. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es eine separate Toilette und ein komplettes Bad mit Duschwanne. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls enthalten. Falls du ein Fahrrad mitbringst, gibt es im Keller des Hauses außerdem einen Fahrradraum. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist sicherlich der Balkon mit schönem Ausblick!
We are looking for a subtenant for the months of September 2023 to February 2024! The room is nice, bright, and fully furnished. Rent + utilities add up to about 400€ per month. In the apartment itself there is a separate toilet and a complete bathroom with shower tub. Dishwasher and washing machine are also included. If you bring a bike, there is also a bike room in the basement of the house. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the balcony with its beautiful view!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist fußläufig von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der S-Bahn-Station Kirchheim/Rohrbach und der Linie 23/24. Gleich gegenüber von der Wohnung liegt außerdem das Hallenbad Hasenleiser, für alle die gern schwimmen.
The location of the apartment is within walking distance of shopping facilities as well as the S-Bahn station Kirchheim/Rohrbach and tram line 23/24. Just across from the apartment is also the indoor swimming pool Hasenleiser, for those who like to swim.
Wer sind wir?
Ich bin Pauline und werde das Zimmer vermieten, da ich ein Auslandssemester antrete. Alle Möbel die auf dem Bild sind werde ich im Zimmer lassen, aber die Schränke natürlich alle leerräumen 😉
Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit Lea und Francesca:
Lea ist 21, studiert Anglistik und Computer-Linguistik, lädt gerne Freunde zu sich ein, liest viel und faltet gerne Origami. Außerdem kocht sie gerne und gut mit anderen 😊
Francesca ist 25, hat gerade ihren Master in Philosophie abgeschlossen und arbeitet jetzt als Pflegekraft in einem nahgelegenen Krankenhaus, um Praxiserfahrung für ihren zweiten Master in Medizinethik zu sammeln. Francesca trainiert außerdem für einen Halb-Marathon und würde sich bestimmt über eine*n Laufpartner*in freuen!
Wir leben nicht aneinander vorbei, sondern miteinander – das heißt, abends treffen wir uns gerne in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon, kochen gemeinsam und lassen den Tag Revue passieren. Natürlich respektieren wir auch, wenn mal jemand einen ruhigen Abend braucht und die Zimmertür hinter sich schließt. Wir sind LGBTQ+-friendly, anti-rassistisch und offen für alle Bewerbungen 😊

Who are we?
I am Pauline and I will rent out the room because I am starting a semester abroad. All the furniture visible in the pictures will be left in the room, but I’ll clear out the wardrobe and shelf.
You will live together with Lea and Francesca:
Lea is 21, studies English and Computational Linguistics, likes to invite friends over, reads a lot and likes to fold origami. She also likes to cook with others (and does it very well!)😊
Francesca is 25, just finished her master's in philosophy, and is now working as a nurse at a nearby hospital to gain practice experience for her second master's in medical ethics. Francesca is also training for a half marathon and would definitely appreciate a running partner!
We don't live past each other, but with each other - that means that in the evening we like to meet in the kitchen or on the balcony, cook together and talk about our separate days. Of course, we also respect when someone needs a quiet evening and closes the room door behind them. This is an anti-racist, LGBTQ+-friendly flat and we’re happy to welcome all applicants!
