Das Zimmer ist mit 24 qm sehr groß und gut geschnitten. Ich werde einige Möbel, die auf den Bildern noch zu sehen sind schon vorher ausräumen, aber die Grundausstattung des Wohnheims bleibt definitv in dem Zimmer (=ein Bett, zwei Kissen, 2Regale, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank).
Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Ausblick und man schaut nicht auf den Hof des Wohnheims, sondern raus, weshalb man den Vorteil hat, dass es ziemlich ruhig ist, aber man trotzdem am lebendigen Studentenleben teilhaben kann, wenn man möchte. Ansonsten ist es bis jetzt auch immer im Gebäude ruhig gewesen.

The room is very large with 24 square meters and well cut. I will clear out some furniture that can still be seen in the pictures beforehand, but the basic equipment of the dormitory definitely remains in the room (= one bed, two pillows, 2 shelves, desk, wardrobe).
Rohrbach ist ein gut angebundener Stadtteil (mit der Bahn in 11 Minuten am Bismarckplatz) und auch mit dem Fahrrad kommt man dank der vielen Fahrradwege überall gut hin!
Das Wohnheim hat an sich auch Vorteile. Im Sommer kann man den schönen Park genießen und beispielsweise mit Freunden grillen.
Zu Fuß sind Rewe, Aldi und Dm in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Rohrbach is a well-connected district (by train in 11 minutes at Bismarckplatz) and you can also get everywhere by bike thanks to the many bike paths!
The dormitory itself also has advantages. In summer you can enjoy the beautiful park and barbecue with friends, for example.
Rewe, Aldi and Dm can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Tatsächlich ziehen alle Bewohner aus und die Mitbewohner werden vom Studierendenwerk ausgesucht, jedoch habe ich bisher gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Es wird so geregelt, dass wenn Fraue in der WG leben die Zahl der Frauen die Männer überwiegt (Also entweder 2 Frauen, 1 Mann oder 3 Frauen).
Falls du Interesse hast würde ich dich bei der Wohnheim Leitung vorschlagen und wenn alles den Kriterien entspricht wirst du das Zimmer bekommen.
Die Kriterien sind, dass du Student*in in Heidelberg sein musst und im besten Fall auf der Warteliste für ein Wohnheim stehst. (das kannst dann immernoch jetzt machen).

If you are interested, I would suggest you to the dormitory management and if everything meets the criteria, you will get the room.
The criteria are that you must be a student in Heidelberg and ideally be on the waiting list for a hall of residence. (you can always do that now).
