Es ist Zeit, sich von Heidelberg und der Wohnung zu verabschieden.
Ein geräumiges Zimmer mit netten und freundlichen Mitbewohnern und guter Straßenbahnanbindung ist verfügbar. REWE, Penny, LIDL und ALDI sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer hat einen Blick auf die Straßenseite, wo man die Straßenbahnhaltestelle sehen kann, es ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß ;) laufen und fangen die Straßenbahn sogar innerhalb einer Minute, ohne aus dem Fenster zu springen :p
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, allerdings kann ich euch zwei IKEA-Schränke und einen IKEA-Spiegel (den ihr seht) für nur 50 Euro überlassen ^^ aber das ist nicht nötig.
Wir können hauptsächlich Englisch sprechen, aber wenn du nur ein bisschen Englisch kannst, ist das auch in Ordnung. Zwei von drei deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind deutschsprachig.

It is time to say good-bye to Heidelberg and the apartment.
A spacious room is available with nice and friendly roommates and good tram connectivity. REWE, Penny, LIDL, and ALDI are just at a few minutes walking distance. The room has a street-side view where one can see tram station, it is just at one-minute walk ;) run and catch the tram even within one minute, without jumping out of the window :p
The room is unfurnished, however, I can give you two IKEA cupboards, and one IKEA mirror (that you see) for just 50 Euros ^^ but it's not necessary.
We can mainly speak English, however, if you are just a little bit comfortable with English, this is also fine. Two out of three of your future roommates are German speakers.
Please feel free to write if you want to know more about the room. We are inviting viewing from 13th January to onwards.

Das DKFZ, das EMBL, das Uniklinikum und die Universität, der Bismarkplatz und der HD Hbf sind im Schnitt in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen.

I must say, the location is pretty nice and ideal.
You have access to DKFZ, EMBL, Uniklinikum and University, Bismarkplatz, HD Hbf, pretty easily within 15-20 mints on average.

Dies ist eine friedliche und ruhige Wohnung. Es ist auch geeignet für Menschen, die aus der Ferne arbeiten können, wie ich es tat. Aber Sie können die Abwechslung bringen, wie Jenny und Luzia sind immer willkommen, Pläne, Brettspiele und lachhaft Chat.
Zhaozhi ist meistens beschäftigt, aber Luzia und Jenny sehen sich manchmal gemeinsam Filme an. Sie interessieren sich beide für Geschichte und Psychologie und für kulturelle Gespräche.
1: Zhaozhi (M) macht seinen Doktor in Biologie
2: Jenny (F) lernt leidenschaftlich gerne Deutsch und hat ihr B2 abgeschlossen
3: Luzia (F) ist gebürtig und hat Unternehmergeist. Sie möchte ihr eigenes Schmuckgeschäft gründen.
Insgesamt sind sie reif (28-35 Jahre alt) und nehmen Rücksicht auf die Privatsphäre und den Komfort des anderen.

This is a peaceful and quiet apartment. It is also suitable for people who can work remotely, like I did. But you can bring the change as Jenny and Luzia are always welcoming to plans, boardgames and laughable chat.
Zhaozhi is usually busy, however, Luzia and Jenny sometimes watch movies together. They both have interest in History and Psychology and cultural talks.
1: Zhaozhi (M) is completing his PhD in Biology
2: Jenny (F) is passionate about learning German and has completed her B2
3: Luzia (F) is a native and has entrepreneurial spirit. She wants to launch her own jewelry business.
Overall they are mature (28–35 years old) and sensible towards each other's privacy and comfort.
