Das Zimmer ist ca. 17m² groß. Es liegt zur Südseite in Richtung eines ruhigen Innenhofes, hat zwei Fenster und ist hell. Die Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Gas) werden direkt durch die Pauschalmiete an den Vermieter bezahlt. Lediglich gemeinsame Kosten für Internet und ggf. GEZ kommen noch dazu.

The room is about 17m² in size and has two bright windows. The windows faces to the south into a quiet courtyard. The apartment in general is quite big and has enough space for everyone. The additional costs (electricity, water, gas) are paid directly to the landlord included in the flat rent. Only common costs (~15€) for Internet and if necessary GEZ are added.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Rohrbach. Zum Rohrbach-Markt dauert es zu Fuß 8 Minuten und zum S-Bahnhof Kirchheim/Rohrbach sogar nur 6 min. Von dort könnt ihr entweder die Straßenbahnen 23 in die Innenstadt und 24 zum Hauptbahnhof, diverse Busse und die S-Bahn nehmen. In der Nähe gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für jeden „Geschmack“ (LIDL, ALDI, REWE, DM, EDEKA, Wochenmarkt, Bäckereien, Mahlzahn usw.). Für Sportreibende gibt es ebenfalls genügend Angebote in der unmittelbaren Nähe (Fitnessstudio, Boulderhalle, Tennisplatz, Fußballplatz, ein Schwimmbad, Tanzschule uvm.)

The apartment is centrally located in Rohrbach. It takes around 5 minutes to walk to the Rohrbach market and to Kirchheim / Rohrbach S-Bahn station. From there you can either take the trams 23 to the city center and 24 to the main station, various buses and the S-Bahn. Nearby there are shops for every "taste" (LIDL, ALDI, REWE, DM, EDEKA, farmers market, bakeries etc.). For sports enthusiasts there are also plenty of offers in the area (gym, climbing hall, tennis court, football field, a swimming pool, dance school, etc.).
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine fanatische "wir-machen-alles-zusammen-WG". Ein schöner Ausgleich und gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind uns einfach wichtig, da wir aus Überzeugung und Spaß am Gemeinsamen in einer WG leben und hin und wieder neue Freunde finden, ist ja auch nicht verkehrt…
Wenn du das auch so siehst, immer her mit dir ;).
Wir machen gemeinsam sauber und kümmern uns ebenfalls gemeinsam um alle anderen Belange des Zusammenlebens.

Unser Vermieter ist nett, zuvorkommend und hat Verständnis für Studenten. Im Innenhof können Fahrräder und eine begrenzte! Anzahl von Autos abgestellt werden.

Our landlord is nice, accommodating and has understanding for students. In the courtyard bicycles and a limited! number of cars can be parked.
