Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 10m2 groß ,voll möbliertes (+200 euro für die Möbeln) und ganz Hell morgens so wie Abends. Obwohl es klein ist, hat man genug Platz um sich komfortable zu fühlen. Ich hatte mein Klavier, Bongos und Gitarre drin gestellt, und hatte genug Platz um Pilates zu machen.
The room is 10 square meters big, is full furnished (+200 euro for the furniture) and has really nice light from mornings till evenings. Though it is a little small, you can still adjust it to all your needs and feel really comfortable with it. I had enough place to put my piano, guitar and bongos, and still be available to do some excercise.
man braucht 5 minuten bis zur Rohrbachmarkt Haltestelle, und von da fährt man mit der 23 Straße Bahn 20 minuten bis zum Bismarcktplatz und mit der 24 Straße Bahn 15 minuten bis zum Bahnhof. Die Nachbarschaft ist ganz ruhig. Es gibt ein Aldi, Rewe und Dm 10 minuten zum Fuß, und auch ein tolles Boulder Haus, ein Salsa Studio und noch ein Fitness Studium sind im Sektor!
You need five minutes to the Rohrbachmarkt station, und from there you need 20 minutes to Bismarcktplatz (Downtown) and 15 to the Central train Station. The neigborhood is really calm. There is an Aldi, Rewe and Dm 10 minutes by foot, and there is also a Boulderhouse, a salsa Studio and a Fitnessstudio really nearby!
Wir sind Anke (28) und Susana (25). Anke arbeitet momentan als Lehrerin in einer Schule und verbringt Zeit im Haus meistens am Abend. Ich bin Susana und komme aus Kolumbien. Ich mache gerade ein Master in Music Therapie. Wir sind auf der Suche nach jemandem nett und freundlich, der auch mit Ordnung eine gute Atmosphäre zu uns bringen kann. wir suchen nach jemandem, der auch Gespräche mit Kaffee Tassen bzw. Wein spontan genießen kann :-)
