Angeboten wird ein möbliertes WG Zimmer in einer 5-er WG die aktuell von Studenten aus Indien und Mexiko und IT Berater bewohnt wird.
Der Mietpreis enthält alle Nebenkosten inkl. Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Kabel, GEZ, WLAN (120MBit) etc ...
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Regal...) und es steht ein großer Einbauschrank zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses und kann, wenn man wirklich so bequem ist, über einen Fahrstuhl erreicht werden.
In der mit Koch- und Essgeschirr ausgestattet Wohnküche befinden sich neben der Einbauküche ein Tisch sowie Stühle. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Waschmaschine in der Waschküche kann unentgeltlich genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder, so dass es am Morgen auch nicht zu hektisch wird.

The room is avaiable from Dec 1st till Feb 28th.
Available is one room in a shared apartment of 5 parties. The tenants are currently two students from India and Mexico and 2 IT professionals.
The rent is a flat rate and includes extras as Heating, Water, Electricity, TV Kabel, GEZ and WIFI (120Mbit)
The room is fully furnisched (Bed, Table, Chair, Sideboard.. ) and a Build-In Wardrobe is available as well.
The picktures still show the room w/o furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with furniture, stove and fridge as well as with cooking utensils and dishes. There is a washing machine which belongs to the apartment and can be used for free.
There are two bathrooms available.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ca. 3min fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnlinien 23 und
24 fahren direkt in das Heidelberger Zentrum, zum anderen nach Rohrbach Süd und nach Leimen.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgebung sind ausreichend vorhanden. Bei Bedarf kann ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage angemietet werden.

Public transportation can be reached in 3 minutes walking distance. The tram 23 and 24 brings you directly to the Heidelberg city enter or to Leimen.
Major grocery stores are in walking distance as well.
Plenty parking is available. If required a place in an underground car park can be rented.
Aktuell wird die WG von zwei indischen IT Beratern zwei Studenten aus Mexico bewohnt .
Currently living in the appartment are two students, two indian IT professionals, two students from Mexico.
The room is avaiable from Dec 1st till Feb 28th.
