Die Zimmer sind dem Preis entsprechend nicht besonders. Die Wohnung bietet jedoch Parkettboden und Moebelierung. Das Zimmer ist zum begruenten Innenhof hin, nach Norden, ausgerichtet.

Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim am Holbeinring. Man trifft grundsaetzlich eine breitgemischte Nachbarschaft an und lernt schnell neue Leute kennen. Der OEPNV ist lediglich 4 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt (23, 24, 29). Auch ein REWE, Aldi sowie DM sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Ein grosses Plus ist ein Volleyballfeld direkt neben der Wohnung, sowie ein grosser Innenhof mit Rasen und Baeumen.
Momentan wohnen wir, das sind Pau (Pablo), Nam und Marlo in der WG. Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene WG die gerne abends auch einmal bei einem gemeinsamen Abendessen zusammensitzt. Grundsaetzlich wird Englisch, Deutsch, Spanisch, Italianisch, Schwedisch und Thailaendisch gesprochen.
Pau ist 25 Jahre alt und aus Spanien. Er hat soeben seinen Master in Physik erfolgreich beendet. Sport, vorallem das Turnen, ist seine grosse Leidenschaft. Momentan arbeitet er an seinem PhD
Nam ist 18 Jahre alt und angehender Pharamziestudent aus Thailand.
Marlo ist 23 Jahre alt, aus Schweden und studiert im sechsten Semester Jura. Genau wie Pau liebt er jeglichen Sport, aber auch Lesen, Schach und Musik.
We look for a clean and mature person that likes to speak about the day when we cross in the kitchen, that likes to eat together and doing things together like playing volleyball, walking in the forest or whatever else you/we like to do at this moment.
Notice that the room is empty, including only the bed, the desk and a night table.
