Da mein Mitbewohner auszieht, suche ich ab 15. August eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß, verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon, und sehr hell, da es ein großes Fenster zur Ostseite mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Wald und den umliegenden Berg hat. Die Küche und das Bad sind voll ausgestattet und werden, wie auch ein kleiner Gemeinschaftsraum, geteilt. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 61 m², liegt im 4. OG.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 380 € (280 € Kaltmiete plus 100 €.). Enthalten sind darin die Kosten für Strom, Gas, Heizung, Internet, und GEZ.

My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a new roommate starting from 15. August. The room is approx. 20 m² and has its own personal balcony. Since one entire side is a window, a lot of sunlight comes in -- but of course, you can use the "Rollladen" if you dont like being woken up by the sunrise. Plus, there's a nice view (as you can see from the picture) of the forest. The shared kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and when one enters the flat, there's also a small shared "living space". The apartment is on the fourth German floor (or 5th actual floor).
The room is NOT furnished, as my roommate will take most of his furniture with him.
The entire rent costs 490€ ( plus utilities) which includes not only gas, electricity, heating, but also very fast internet and GEZ. (which is a mandatory television/radio fee, which every German household must pay.)
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Rohrbach. Demnach ist es in die Stadt nicht weit, mit dem Fahrrad und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur 15 Minuten. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 23 oder 24 ist man schnell in der Stadt oder Hauptbahnhof.
15 Minuten zu Fuß von S-Bahn Station, Rohrbach-Kirschheim
Reichliche Einkaufsmöglichkeit: 5+ Minuten zu Fuß (Aldi, Rewe, DM, Tegut)
Am wichtigsten, aber: In 10 Minuten ist man direkt im Wald!

The apartment is quite central on the border between Südstadt/Rohrbach. The nearest tram stop is Eichendorffplatz which is just a 3 minutes walking distance away and within 15 minutes, you are in the city center or main train station.
There are also many grocery shopping opportunities just a 5+ minute walking distance away: Aldi, Rewe, DM, Tegut.
And if you like nature, the forest is also just a short walk away!
Hello, my name is Junhee (27) and I am looking forward a new roommate for 2WG in Rohrbach. My roommate and I like to spend evenings together for movies or dinner after long a day or beers/wines, times to times. Sometimes we go out for bicycle tours around Heidelberg when the weather is nice. But of course, it doesn’t mean we haven’t had our own personal time.
We haven’t had a cleaning plan between two, since our WG has been kept clean well almost more than two years. But you and I can set our new rules for cleaning and managements for future 😊.
Speaking about me, I recently graduated from master’s program in Physics and am currently looking for a job in Germany. This means that I might change locations in the near future, and you can make your own WG. Unfortunately, since things are uncertain, I cannot say anything specific at this moment. During my spare time, I like to do sports, including cycling, swimming, running and found some really nice routes/places in case you are also interested!
Please share with me how you envision a WG-Leben and a description about yourself.
Just a note: some of the pictures (kitchen, living room, bathroom) were taken two years ago, when I moved in! So the furniture and deko are a bit rearranged. The photos of the room (with the balcony) were taken just today!
