The room is a small 12 sq metres but comes with all the furniture you will need for your time here and there is a sink and mirror in the room which is convenient. You also get a small fridge in your room to use for your food.

This is a studentenwohnheim, so you need an enrollment letter from a german University or College to live here.
I am going to move to a place that is closer to my University in the month of May, so early move-in is possible.
Rohrbach Markt tram stop is 5 mins by foot. You can get to Hauptbahnhof or Bismarktplatz in 15mins from there.
There is a Lidl 5mins by foot and REWE, Aldi and dm are all 8mins by foot.
Also a pharmacy and bakery 5mins by foot.
This is a student Building so everyone is a student and it is quiet and peaceful here. The Kitchen is shared with everyone living on the floor. It is mostly empty on my floor.
There are 2 washrooms on each floor. So there is always some space free all the time.
The common areas are cleaned by the facility manager every morning.
Laundry costs extra (2eur washing and 1eur drying)
The showers here take 1eur for each use.
Depending on your preference you can shower here or maybe at the gym.
