Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet und beinhaltet folgendes: Schreibtisch,
Tisch, Stuhl, Bettmatratze, Kühlschrank, Spiegel, Regale und einen großen Kleiderschrank!
Auf der Etage befinden sich drei weitere Mitbewohner, mit denen Sie sich das Bad teilen,
und insgesamt verfügt das Haus über 2 Küchen.
The room is completelyy furnished including: a desk, a chair, a table, a bed, a matress, a fridge, a mirror, shelves and a large wardrobe. There are 3 other rooms in the floor with which the bathroom is shared and there are also 2 kitchens in the entire house.
Die WG befindet sich im ruhigen Ortsteil Rohrbach. Es gibt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle
2 Minuten entfernt (Haltestelle Eichendorfplatz), von wo sowohl die 23 (die 15-20 Minuten zum Bismarckplatz braucht)
als auch die 24 (die 20 Minuten zum Neunheimer Feld braucht). Es gibt auch viele Supermärkte in der Nähe wie
Rewe-Center, Aldi und DM und sie sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The WG is located in the quite neighbourhood of Rohrbach. There is a S-bahn stop nearby (approx. 2 mins walking) from where you can take the lines 23 (which gets to Bismarckplatz in about 15-20 mins) and 24 (which gets to Neuenheimer Feld in 20 mins). There are also many shops nearby such as a Rewe center, an ALDI and a DM all of them reached within 10 mins of walking.
Insgesamt sind alle Mitbewohner sehr freundlich und können in vielen Fällen ihre Hilfe anbieten.
Es gibt auch einen Reinigungsplan (organisiert vom Vermieter). Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 440 € inkl. Wasser, Heizung und Strom, die Internetkosten 1,25 € und werden von einem Mitbewohner bezahlt.
Overall, all roommates are very friendly and can offer their help in many cases. There is also a cleaning schedule (organised by the landlord). The final rent is 440 euros and includes water, electricity and heat while the internet is paid separately to a roomate and is 1.25 euros per month.
