Großes Zimmer in 4er WG ab Mitte Dezember frei. (ca. ab dem 19. Dez.)
Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß, besitzt ein großes Fenster und ist mit echtem Holzboden verlegt.
Die monatliche Warmmiete beläuft sich auf 530€. (alle Nebenkosten sind enthalten)
Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, bis auf einen halboffenen Kleiderschrank, der bei Interesse für ca. 30 Euro gerne übernommen werden kann. (war von Ikea)
Zur Info: Wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch in der WG :)

A single room in a shared apartment in Heidelberg-Rohrbach will be free from mid december. (around the 19th)
The monthly rent is 530 € total. All costs included.
The room is 16 m² with a large window facing the street and a wooden floor.
It is not furnished besides a wardrobe I would like to leave to the next person. (for around 30 Euros, was from Ikea).
Also: we mainly speak english :)
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, direkt am Rohrbach Markt gelegen. In der Umgebung ist alles vorhanden, wie Apotheken, Restaurants, dm, Supermärkte, wie Penny, Rewe-Center, Lidl, die alle fußläufig oder mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen sind.
Bus und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind fast vor der Haustüre und in 1-2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Verbindungen sind sehr gut: so ist man am Hauptbahnhof und Bismarckplatz in ca. 12-13 min und ins Neuenheimer-Feld in ca. 17 min mit Bus und Tram gefahren.

The location of the house is particularly convenient, since its very close to the Rohrbach Markt with bus and tram-stops, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby. Within a short walking distance it is easy to reach Rewe-Center, dm, and a Lidl.
Rohrbach Markt is very well connected and the main train-station and Bismarckplatz can be reached by tram/bus within 12-13 mins, the Neuenheimer Feld area within 17 mins.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten OG., hat eine große, gemeinsam genutzte Wohnküche, einen kleinen Balkon und Bad. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Töpfe, Pfannen und sonstige Küchengeräte/Utensilien werden vorwiegend gemeinsam genutzt. Im Keller stehen zwei Waschmaschinen, sowie ein Trockner und Wäscheständer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Diese werden zusammen mit den zwei anderen Wohnungen im Haus benutzt.
Die Mitbewohner:innen sind Zhaozhi, Luzia und Zhenya und alle um die 30 Jahre alt. Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr harmonisch und ruhig, mit netten Gesprächen und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, in der stets Rücksicht auf Privatsphäre genommen wird.

The flat is on the first floor and consists of a big common kitchen, a small balcony and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher and pots, pans and kitchen appliances which are mostly shared. Two washing machines and a drier are available in the cellar, to share with the other two flats in the house.
Zhaozhi, Luzia and Zhenya, are the other flatmates. They are all around 30 years old and the flatsharing is quiet and friendly, with nice chats, a very comfortable atmosphere, allowing for everybodies privacy.
