The room is well suited for a single person. The room is equipped with the essentials. The room has a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a bed set (bed frame, slatted frame and mattress). The room is on the first floor of the independent family house. The room can be accessed via an internal staircase from the ground floor. The room can be accessed from the first floor hallway. The view of the back of the house and the beauty of the garden can be enjoyed through the large window. On the first floor there is a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. On the ground floor, the new kitchen is reflected in high gloss and is equipped with high-quality electrical appliances. The house has a vaulted cellar and an undeveloped attic; the house essentially consists of two floors. The house's energy source is currently only electricity, but unfortunately electricity costs more than anything else. The heating system is a so-called night storage heater, and the hot water in the two bathrooms works via the instantaneous water heater and in the kitchen via the small storage hot water tank. The house has a yard area where two cars can be parked. After the courtyard area there is a large terrace where the residents of the house can sit together and enjoy the beautiful summer afternoons with coffee/tea & snacks and summer barbecue/BBQ parties can be organized. The biggest attraction is gardening with flowers, fruits and vegetables in the large garden. I have a plan to develop a hobby room (table tennis, billiards, fitness equipment) in the garden house.
Sandhausen is a very popular place to live (very demanding area) in the RNK (Rhein-Neckar District). In practice, Sandhausen is considered a part of Heidelberg because it is directly adjacent to HD-Kirchheim and is very close to Heidelberg main train station and also has good connections to Heidelberg city center. The closest areas to Sandhausen are St.-Ilgen, Kirchheim, Walldorf and also closer to Bahnstadt, Bismarckplatz, Rohrbach, Nussloch etc. and nearby towns are Leimen, Wiesloch etc. Heidelberg Hbf, Bahnstadt & Bismarckplatz (city center) can either be reached with the S-Bahn (Sandhausen-St.Ilgen> HD Kirchheim-Rohrbach> Heidelberg Hbf) or by bus (there are some buses that go directly to Heidelberg Hbf, Bahnstadt and buses to Bismarckplatz via Kirchheim) with fast & frequent connections . This location offers convenient transport connections for students studying in Heidelberg.
SAP-Walldorf can be reached directly by S-Bahn or bus, making this location very convenient for SAP employees.
Fortunately, the house is in the center of Sandhausen. The nearest bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away. There are many shopping opportunities nearby, for example many food supermarkets such as Nahkauf, ALDI, LIDL, REWE, Netto and drugstores such as dm and shops such as TEDi (the only one in Heidelberg and the surrounding area), NKD, kik, fasion-point etc. There There are a number of pharmacies, doctors, banks (e.g. Sparkasse Heidelberg, Volksbank etc.), post office (Deutsche Post), delivery services, petrol stations, several ice cream, coffee and party services as well as bakeries and restaurants etc. There are sports clubs for tennis and football etc. and Sandhausen also has a stadium.
