Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, ruhig und hat schöne Massivholzdielen.
Ich vermiete es inkl. Bett, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Bügelstangen, da ich für ein halbes Jahr für Forschungspraktika in die USA gehe. Falls du Pflanzen gerne hast und dich gut darum kümmern kannst, würde ich auch ein paar meienr Pflanzen im Zimmer lassen :)
Weil ich anschließend wieder einziehe, ist es mir wichtig, dass mit meinen Möbeln rücksichtsvoll umgegangen wird und ich über entstandene Schäden auch direkt informiert werden würde.
The room is very bright, quiet and has beautiful solid wood floorboards.
I am renting it out including the bed, bedside table, desk, chest of drawers and ironing rails, as I am going to the USA for a six-month research internship. If you like plants and can take good care of them, I would also leave a few of my plants in the room :)
Because I will be moving back in afterwards, it is important to me that my furniture is handled with care and that I would be informed directly of any damage.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße in Heidelberg-Schlierbach. Der Wald und das Naherholungsgebiet Wolfsbrunnen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Neckarradweg und die nächste Bushaltestelle sind ca. 100 m entfernt, ca. 2,5 km bis Stadtmitte, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10-15 Min. in der Altstadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist eine Pizzeria. Der nächste große REWE Markt ist 7 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential street in Heidelberg-Schlierbach. The forest and the local recreation area Wolfsbrunnen are only a few minutes' walk away. The Neckar cycle path and the nearest bus stop are approx. 100 m away, approx. 2.5 km to the city center, by bike you can reach the old town in 10-15 minutes. There is a pizzeria in the immediate vicinity. The next big REWE market is 7 minutes away by bike.
Deine zukünftigen Mitwohner in der WG sind Elvira (25, Master in Konferenzdolmetschen) und Benedikt (19, Bachelor Chemie). Wir haben alle sehr unterschiedliche Zeitpläne, aber verstehen uns sehr gut und bei Gelegenheit kochen wir gerne gemeinsam oder gehen zusammen spazieren oder zum Unisport oder. Bei schönem Wetter ist die große Terrasse mit idyllischem Garten ein idealer Platz zum Treffen oder zum gemeinsamen Grillen. Wir haben einen Putzplan, der auch zuverlässig eingehalten wird.
Your future flatmates in the shared flat are Elvira (25, Master in Conference Interpreting) and Benedikt (19, Bachelor Chemistry). We all have very different schedules, but we get on very well and when we get the chance we like to cook together or go for a walk or to university sports together. When the weather is nice, the large terrace with its idyllic garden is an ideal place to meet up or have a barbecue together. We have a cleaning schedule that we stick to.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit großem Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine etc, eine große Terrasse, Tageslichtbad, Flur, Waschküche mit Miele Waschmaschine, Trockenraum, Fahrrad-Abstellraum, und Garten. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 500,- EUR inkl. Nebenkosten. Darin enthalten sind die Betriebskosten und die Vorauszahlung für Gas-Etagenheizung, Strom, DSL/Wlan Glasfaseranschluss.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc., a large terrace, daylight bathroom, hallway, laundry room with Miele washing machine, drying room, bicycle storage room and garden. The monthly rent is 500,- EUR incl. additional costs. This includes the operating costs and the advance payment for gas floor heating, electricity, DSL/Wlan fiber optic connection.
