Dann ist unsere 2er-WG genau das Richtige für Sie.
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Zentgrafenstraße). Die Wohnung ist 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt! Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und entspannt, so dass es perfekt ist, um sich zu konzentrieren, wenn man studiert. Da ich an der Universität Heidelberg studiert habe, war es für mich zu einfach, die Universität zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist 20m2 groß und befindet sich in einem perfekten Zustand.
Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt ist Edeka. Er ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann also alle Lebensmittel dort besorgen.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Kleiderschrank. Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit, etwas extra zu kaufen.
Es gibt einen Keller unter dem Gebäude und die Wohnung hat eine eigene Waschmaschine. Das heißt, wenn Sie hierher ziehen, werden nur 2 Personen eine Maschine benutzen. Neben dem Gebäude gibt es auch einen Platz speziell für Fahrräder. Wenn Sie ein Fahrrad haben, können Sie es auch dort abstellen.
Die Miete beträgt 550 Euro und die Kaution beträgt 900 Euro.
In der Pauschalmiete ist enthalten:

Are you looking for a new place to stay?
Then our 2 person shared flat is just right for you.
Our place is just next to the tram station(Zentgrafenstraße). The apartment is 25 mins away from the city center! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed so it is perfect for concentrating if you are studying. Since I was studying in Heidelberg University it was too easy for me reaching the University.
The room is 20m2 and is in perfect conditions.
The nearest supermarket is Edeka. It is 3 mins away by foot. So you can get all your groceries from there.
The room has full furniture: Double bed, writing table, office chair, dress cabinet. There is no need to get something extra.
There is a basement under the building and the flat has its own laundry machine. That means if you move here only 2 person will use one machine. Next to the building there is also a place specifically for the bikes. If you have a bike you can also tie it there.
Rent is 550 Euro and the deposit is 900 Euro.
The all-inclusive rent includes

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Schriesheim. Sie liegt direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Heidelberg und Weinheim sind mit der Straßenbahnlinie 5 einfach zu erreichen.
The flat is in Schriesheim. It is next to the tram station. Reaching Heidelberg and Weinheim is too easy by tram number 5.
Das WG-Leben ist zu einfach und entspannt. Da es 2 Personen im Haus sein werden, wird es kein Problem sein.
