Da ich leider nach 4 Jahren aus meinem großen Dachgeschosszimmer ausziehe, suche ich eine Zwischenmiete für den Zeitraum von Mitte April (oder ab 1.5, da bin ich recht flexibel)- 30. Juni. 2021. Eine Möglichkeit der Vertragsverlängerung besteht leider nicht, da meine Vermieter die Wohnung ab dem 1.7. zu privaten Zwecken nutzen möchten.
Die WG befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Südstadt in Heidelberg. Sie besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einer Küche, in der die Dusche untergebracht ist und einem Bad mit WC, inklusive Abstellkammer. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Fahrradschuppen, in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst. Im Keller ist die Waschmaschine, die du mit nutzen kannst, untergebracht.
Das Zimmer ist ca 20qm groß, L-förmig geschnitten und hat 2 Dachfenster und ist daher sehr schön hell :) Die Dachschrägen machen es sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist (teil-)möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank und je nach Bedarf auch ein Regal) und auch sonst ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet.

Hi!
As I am sadly moving out of my room after having lived here for 4 years, I'm looking for a subtenant for the time period of Mid-April until 30st of June 2021. I'm quite flexible with the moving in date, you could also move in at a later date (preferably no later than the beginning of May) if that suits you any better. Unfortunately the moving out date is set and there is no possibility of extending the contract, given that my landlords intend to use the flat for their own purposes starting 1st of July 2021.
The flat is located on the top floor of an apartment building in the Südstadt of Heidelberg. There are two rooms, a kitchen (where the shower is located: unusual, I know, but I swear you'll get used to it quickly! I used to put my coffee on the stove whilst having a shower, once you get out of the shower your coffee will be ready! If that doesn't sell the kitchen-shower I don't know what does, hey?!). There's also a small bathroom including a toilet, sink and a little storage room. You also have access to a shed behind the house, where you are welcome to store your bike in case you. There's also a washing machine in the basement for you to use.
The room is L-shaped and has two beautiful, large windows which let in a lot of light during the day. For night time, you can use the shutters attached to the windows. The room is around 20 square meters big and will be (partly)-furnished (Bed and wardrobe). The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped (there's a stove, fridge etc.).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt, direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Eichendorffplatz", ist somit super an den ÖPNV angeschlossen. Mit dem Rad oder der Bahn (Nr. 23 und Nr. 24) sind es 10 Minuten zum Bismarckplatz und zum HBF, 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof "Weststadt-Südstadt". Die Straßenbahn Nr. 24 fährt direkt vor der Haustür los Richtung Hbf. und Neuenheimer Feld.
Es sind sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen: Rewe, Aldi, dm, Tegut und Penny sind alle nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch ein Fairteiler befindet sich nur 5 Minuten entfernt, dort kann man oft kostenloses Essen abgreifen :)
Auch ein kleiner Spielplatz/Park befinden sich direkt vor der Tür, sowie eine schöne Wiese, auf der man super entspannen/Yoga machen/picknicken kann. Auch den wunderschönen Rohrbacher Ortskern mit Bars, Cafés (Kuchen vom Zuckerrohr ist sehr zu empfehlen) und Restaurants (Arancini von Illegally Tasty ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen!) erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß (2 Min mit dem Rad).
Falls es dich weniger zu Kuchen und Arancini zieht, und du lieber eine Runde joggen gehen möchtest, kannst du dies in den Weinbergen oder dem Fahrradweg Richtung Bahnstadt tun. Beide sind ebenfalls nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.

The flat is located in the Südstadt of Heidelberg, which makes it very central to both, the Bismarckplatz (old town) and the Hauptbahnhof (main train station: very handy, in case you have to commute to work/uni/..). Both are 10 Minutes away by bike or by tram. The next tram stop ("Eichendorffplatz") is located right in front of our house. Trams leave every 5 minutes, the tram takes you straight to the town centre, the main station and Neuenheimer Feld.
There's loads of supermarkets nearby, Rewe, Aldi, dm, Penny and tegut are all just a 5 minute walk (2 minute bike ride away).
You'll find a lovely park just outside your door step, as well as a playground. Both are very suited for picnics, yoga sessions and just hanging out in general. You'll also be a 5 minute walk away from the lovely centre of Rohrbach, where you can visit different cafés (go to "Zuckerrohr" for cake!) and restaurants (go to "Illegally Tasty" for arancini, pasta and gelato, head to "The Maske Afrikas" for delicious Ethiopian food!).
In case you want to have a more balanced lifestyle which does not just consist of visiting different cafés and restaurants, there's also amazing running routes just round the house :)
Da meine Mitbewohnerin ebenfalls zur gleichen Zeit auszieht und ihrerseits nach einer Zwischenmiete sucht, würdest du dir die Wohnung mit einer bisher noch nicht feststehenden Person teilen. Das (wenn auch nur kurzzeitige, da nur 2 Monate bestehende) WG-Leben könntet ihr 2 somit ganz nach eurem Geschmack gestalten.
Vielleicht fällt dir ja sogar ein/e Freund*in ein, die ebenfalls nach einem Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum sucht.
Wenn du möchtest und dein Budget das zulässt, kannst du auch die ganze Wohnung für den angegebenen Zeitraum mieten (das wären dann 570€. Im Preis mit den Nebenkosten ist alles enthalten, inkl. If you want, and if your budget lets you, you could also rent the whole flat for the stated time period (then the total cost would be 570€, including all bills).

Der Einzugstermin ist recht flexibel, ein Einzug ist ab 12.4 möglich, kann aber auch weiter hinausgeschoben werden. Alles weitere (Einzugsdatum, welche Möbel im Zimmer bleiben sollen etc.) können wir gerne persönlich besprechen. Gerne gebe ich dir auch eine Online Wohnungsbesichtigung.
