The room is rectangular and offers space for a bed, your desk, shelves and a chest of drawers. Your room also includes a kind of closet with a long shelf, which is well suited for clothes. Another interesting feature of the room is a private bathroom with shower and sink. The room is well insulated, so you can listen to loud music without any problems :)
Right now there's forniture in the room, but everything will be moved out bby July. If you are intereted in something let me know!
The room is located in Weststadt, about 7 minutes walk from Bismarckplatz and the city center. The next bus stop can be reached within 1 minute (if you are quick). The Seegarten tram stop is a 5-minute walk away. The Weststadt is perfect if you want to be in the city center quickly or if you like to party. At the same time, you can relax and take a walk in the western city. Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc. they are all within walking distance. Neuenheimer Feld is also easily reachable by bike.
After seven years, my roommate, Anne-Clare is moving out to Paris. Your future flatmate is Luca (25). I just graduated from my master in biotechnology and I'm currently working at the DKFZ. I'm normally away during the week days, but for sure you'll find me cooking or baking when i'm back home. I like share the day/chat with my roomate when I'm back, but of course no pressure if you're not into the mood. In my free time I like going bouldering, and trying new things!
It is important to us that you are interested in a friendly and open cooperation. Of course, if you need some time to yourself, that's no problem :) The kitchen is being refitted because Anne-Claire will bring with her many things that she has directly purchased. I'm currently already buying new kitchen tools, but we can also arrange something together.
