Ich gehe ab September für ein Semester ins Ausland und vermiete deswegen mein Zimmer unter. Es ist klein (mit Dachschrägen), aber sehr gemütlich und ich fühle mich sehr wohl hier! Deswegen (und vor allem wegen meiner lieben Mitbewohner:innen) möchte ich unbedingt auch wieder hier einziehen, wenn ich zurück bin.
Ich werde den Schreibtisch (höhenverstellbar ;)), das Bett (mit ein paar der Bücher darunter), die Kommode mit der Kleiderstange und den Spiegel stehen lassen. Alles andere räume ich raus, sodass du all deine Sachen rein räumen kannst:) Unter dem Bett ist auch Stauraum, genauso wie in den Regalen unter der Dachschräge.
Das Zimmer kostet 313€ warm. Wir teilen uns zusätzlich die Kosten für das Wlan und den Rundfunkbeitrag.
(Hi:D I will spend a semester abroad so I will rent my room for the semester. It is quite small, but I love it here. I will leave the bed (with a few books underneath), the desk, the chair, the dresser, the mirror and the clothes rail in the room. Everything else I will take with me, so there is enough space for your things:D The room costs 313€ (warm) and there is an additional cost of Wifi and "Rundfunkbeitrag").
Die Lage ist mega zentral, was echt ein Vorteil ist! Die Wohnung ist in der Bahnhofstraße in der Weststadt, maximal 2 Minuten von der S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Stadtbücherei" entfernt. Mit den Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 5min in der Altstadt, am Bahnhof und in der Südstadt. Ins Neuenheimer Feld braucht man 10 bis max. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
(The location is in "Bahnhofstraße" in "Weststadt" only 2 minutes away from the station "Stadtbücherei". By bike it only takes you five minutes to the central train station, to the city center and to Südstadt.)
Im Moment leben Sonja (20), Jésus (26), Antonia (23), Julie (22) und ich (22) in der Wg. Wir verstehen uns sehr gut untereinander und uns ist allen ein schönes Wg-Leben sehr wichtig. Wir sind also keine Zweck-Wg, auch wenn wir alle natürlich unseren eigenen Alltag haben und auch mal Zeit für uns brauchen. Es ist immer schön, sich in der Küche zu verquatschen oder abends mal gemeinsam zu kochen etc.:)
Julie geht auch ab September ins Ausland und es zieht eine Freundin Helena (ca.20) von ihr für die Zeit ein. Sonja studiert Sport und im Nebenfach Psychologie, macht also entsprechend viel Sport, vor allem Turnen. Antonia studiert Biochemie und tanzt richtig viel und gerne Swing. Jésus studiert Medizin und arbeitet nebenbei als Barkeeper. Was machst du so gerne?:)
Für ein gutes Wg-Leben ist es uns natürlich auch wichtig, dass jede Person ihre Aufgaben beim Putzen etc. übernimmt. Wir haben dafür eine Putz-App. Das klappt sehr gut.
Wir sind alle super lieb und offen und es ist uns wichtig, dass sich alle hier wohl fühlen. Das bedeutet, dass es in der Wg alle Menschen willkommen sind und es kein Platz ist für Sexismus, Rassismus, Queer-Feindlichkeit etc. gibt (ich wünschte, das wäre selbstverstländlich...).

(At the moment Sonja (20), Jésus (26), Antonia (23), Julie (22) und I (22) live in this shared flat. Julie will spend a semester abroad as well, so a friend of hers Helena (ca.20) will live in her room instead. We all get along really well and like to chat in the kitchen, cook together sometimes etc. So it is important to us, to have a nice atmosphere but of course we all have our everyday-lives and sometimes need time for ourselves. Also, of course everyone needs to do their part in keeping the apartment clean. And of course, we want everyone to feel welcome here (so there is no space for sexism, racism, anti-queerness etc....) We are looking forward to meeting you!!)
Wir haben leider keine Waschmaschine! Der nächste Waschsalon ist aber fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt:) Es gibt in der Küche nicht so viel Stauraum (aber wir haben den Platz fair aufgeteilt) und nur zwei Herdplatten. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein...
(We don't have a washing machine! There is a washing place 5 minutes by foot. There is not so much space in the kitchen and generally the apartment is quite small...).
