Wir haben ein helles, möbliertes Zimmer mit eigenem Duschbad und Zugang zur Terrasse zu vermieten. Es kann auch wochenweise ab dem 2. Februar gemietet werden. Es handelt sich nicht um eine klassische WG, unsere Privaträume können nicht genutzt werden. Kochen ist nur nach Absprache möglich. Zusätzliche Übernachtungsgäste sind nur nach Absprache und zusätzlichem Kostenbeitrag möglich (nicht mehr als zwei Nächte). Im Haushalt lebt außerdem ein kleiner, nicht haarender alter Hund (Cairn Terrier). Unsere Wohnung liegt superverkehrsgünstig nahe dem Hauptbahnhof. Zum Bismarkplatz sind es zu Fuß fünf Minuten.
Hello!
We are offering a light, fully furnished room with its own bath (with shower) and terrace. It is also available for weekly rents. This is not a classical commune; tenants rooms are not accessible, cooking needs to be acknowlegde. Any additional overnight guests need to be announced (max for two days) and have to pay an extra fee. We have a little old dog, a Cairn Terrier, who does not shed any hair. The appartment is perfectly located close to the Main Train Station. Bismarckplatz is five minutes by foot.

Mit dem Fahrrad sind es fünf Minuten in die Altstadt und zur Uni, viele Busse und Bahnen halten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Bahnhof ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Main Train Station is five minutes by foot, Bismarkplatz ten mintues by foot away. Cable cars and busses are right outside the building. By bicycle, old town and University are about 10 minutes ride away.
