Da meine Mitbewohnerinnen nach fast drei und fünf Jahren in der WG ausziehen, werden zu März zwei tolle Zimmer in der Weststadt frei.
Dich erwartet ein großes, helles Zimmer mit schönen hohen Decken und einem dunklen Laminat Boden (Zimmer 1). Es werden fast alle Möbel mitgenommen, so hast du die Möglichkeit das Zimmer komplett kreativ neu einzurichten. Das andere Zimmer ist genauso hell und hat einen hellen Laminatboden (Zimmer 2). In diesem Zimmer könnte ein Bett (1,40mx2,00m) mit passender Matratze kostenlos übernommen weerden. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet- klein aber fein, was beim Putzen sehr von Vorteil ist. ;) Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss eines WG-Hauses. Im Sommer kann man sogar auf unserem Minibalkon grillen und sich, auf dem einzigen Sessel der drauf passt, entspannen. Die anderen WG´s im Haus bestehen aus Studierenden, Menschen in der Ausbildung oder Arbeitseinsteiger*innen. Hier sind alle super offen und nett.

Since my flatmates are moving out after almost three and five years, two great rooms in the Weststadt are becoming available in March.
You can expect a large, bright room with nice high ceilings and a dark laminate floor (room 1). Almost all of the furniture will be taken away, so you have the oportunity of furnishing the room completely as you wish. The other room is just as bright and has a light laminate floor (room 2). In this room, a bed (1.40mx2.00m) with a suitable mattress could be taken over free of charge. The flat is very well equipped - small but nice, which is an advantage when cleaning ;). It is located on the ground floor of a shared house. In summer, you can even barbecue on our mini-balcony and relax on the only armchair that fits on it. The other flat-shares in the house are made up of students, people in training or people starting work. Everyone here is super open and nice.
Das Haus liegt an einer größeren Straße, die dank schallisolierter Fenster wenig zu hören ist.
Die Haltestellen Ringstraße und Christuskirche sind 5-7 Gehminuten entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten.
Kaufland und Rewe und Aldi sind ebenfalls nur 10 - 15 Gehminuten, je nachdem wie schnell du läufst, entfernt.
Mit der Fahrradstraße am Rande der Weststadt bist du in ca. 12 Min zur Hauptstraße (Einkaufsstraße) geradelt.
In ein paar Minuten bist du am Fuße des Gaisbergs im Wald, gut geeinget für Spaziergänge mit schönem Ausbilick.

The house is located on a larger street, which is not very audible thanks to soundproofed windows.
The Ringstraße and Christuskirche bus stops are 5-7 minutes' walk away, the main railway station 10 minutes.
Kaufland and Rewe and Aldi are also only a 10-15 minute walk away, depending on how fast you walk. If you want to cycle to Hauptstraße downtown, you ´ll be there by using the "bicycle street" in roughly 12 minutes. Also, in a couple of minutes you are at the foot of the Mountainhill "Gaisberg" and the forests. A good spot for walks with a great view.
Ich bin Nine, deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und arbeite als Gesundheits-und Kinderkrankenpflegerin an der Uniklinik. Ich würde mich als lebensfroh und unkompliziert bezeichen, liebe kleine Tanzparties in der Küche, bin super spontan und freue sich auf gemeinsame WG-Abende. Für "Outdoor-Sachen" wie wandern, klettern, joggen, Kanuttouren, Fahrradtouren bin ich grundsätzlich zu begeistern. Wenn du das auch bist, wäre es ein Plus, aber kein Muss ;) ;) Mein nächster Traumurlaub wäre in einem Minivan Island zu erkunden. Schreib doch bitte auch wo dein nächster Traumurlaub hingehen soll! Es wäre schön wenn du an einem gemeinschaftlichem WG-Leben interessiert bist und neben der Uni/Beruf noch Lust auf Spiele- und Filmabende hast.

My name is Nine, I will be your flatmate. I am 23 years old and work as a paediatric nurse at the university hospital. I would describe myself as an open-minded, easy going person who loves littele dance sessions in the kitchen and looks forward to spending evenings together. I am always up for "outdoor things" such as hiking, rock climbing, jogging, canoeing and bike tours. Would be great if you share some of these interests but it´s not a must. One day I would like to explore Iceland with a minivan. What is your next dream holliday destination?
