Nette und ruhige WG zur Untermiete in der Weststadt

Wir suchen einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin für das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin (siehe auch Anzeige 8069755). Wir wohnen in einer sehr schönen Wohnung in der Weststadt, mit Holzboden, in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, zu Fuß nur 10 Min entfernt von Bismarckplatz.

Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15 qm, aber wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer separaten Küche, einem Badezimmer und Klo separat, und 2 Balkonen. Es ist optimal ausgestattet. Es ist voll möbliert. Den Schrank im Bettzimmer muss man allerdings übernehmen, für die anderen Möbel im Bettzimmer kann man verhandeln. Alle anderen Räume sind völlig ausgestattet, teilweise mit meinen Möbel, teilweise mit Möbeln vom Vermieter.

Über das WG-Leben: Für mich ist es wichtig, dass man sich gut Zuhause fühlt. Ich liebe diese Wohnung, und will weiterhin, dass es einen angenehmen Ort bleibt.

Ich selbst bin Französin, wohne seit 6 Jahren in Deutschland, und arbeite gerade bis Dezember in Berlin. In meinem eigenen Zimmer ist deshalb eine Untermieterin bis Dezember, Jasmin. Sie ist halb Französin, halb Deutsch. Ich bin eine sehr offene Person und mir ist wichtig, dass man sich gut versteht, ab und zu einen Glas am Abend trinken kann oder zusammen essen kann (ich koche sehr gerne). Ich bin aber auch oft unterwegs, weshalb ist es mir wichtig, dass die Wohnung wirklich sich so anfühlt, als ob man Zuhause ist. Ich möchte meinen neuen Mitbewohner/neue Mitbewohnerin unbedingt kennenlernen und komme gerne aus Berlin zurück, um Dich zu treffen.

EN: I am looking for a new flatmate. My flat is a really nice flat, right in the middle of the Weststadt, 10 min by foot from Bismarckplatz, and 5min from the bus and tram stops. The street is really quiet.

The room is about 15 m2, and we have a big living room, a kitchen fully equiped, a bathroom (with a bathtub) and toilets in another room AND 2 balconies. The flat is completely furnished with furniture from the owner and with my own furniture. The bedroom is right now furnished, but you can decide what you want to keep. My flatmate is however asking for a fee for the wardrobe.

For me, it is important to have a nice place to live and to call "home", where we feel good.

About me: I am French, I live for 6 years now in Germany. Right now, I am working in Berlin till December, but I have a subtenant, Jasmin, which is half-French, half-German. For me, it is important that we are getting on well, that we can maybe have a glass of wine or dinner together from time to time (I love to cook) or simply chat when we are coming home. I am quite busy and not so much at home, but I want a place where we both feel at ease and feel at home :). I will be coming back from Berlin to meet you in person as it is really important for me that we meet.
