he friendly, bright and modern 3,5 room apartment in the "Dachgeschoss" (top floor) in a sunny south-facing location has about 70 m2. The beautiful, bright parquet floor, the wooden doors and the modern interior bring the Heidelberg feeling into your own four walls. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for 2 people. The practical floor plan and the location in the top floor make the apartment interesting for singles as well as couples. All utilities (including e.g. heating, electricity, water, garbage etc.) as well as a fast Internet access (WLAN) and satellite TV are included.
In case you do not like to clean yourself, you can book a cleaning service any time as an option. Additionally, you can also book an optional guaranteed parking space nearby.
The apartment is located in an absolutely quiet, idyllic and sunny inner courtyard in the middle of Heidelberg Weststadt in a central location. Directly in front of the house is a bus stop. To Bismarckplatz it takes ca. 2 min by bus. Alternatively, you can walk in ca. 8 min. The S-Bahn station Heidelberg-Weststadt / Südstadt is within a 5-min walk, from which you are quickly and easily connected to the public transport system. Alternatively, the main railway station is just about a 15-min walk away. Shops for daily needs, restaurants and snacks are in the immediate vicinity. The Heidelberg Castle, the chair and other sights are quickly reached.
