Dein Zimmer hat ca. 15 Quadratmeter, hohe Decken und einen schönen Balkon. Durch das eingebaute Hochbett bleibt Platz für ein Sofa, einen Schreibtisch usw. Wir teilen uns ein großes Bad und eine seperate Toilette. Die Küche ist groß genug, um darin zusammen viel Zeit zu verbringen.
Die Miete umfasst alles (Heizung, Wasser, Strom etc.).

Your room is 15 sqm with high ceilings and a nice balcony. The loft bed is built into a nice nook and leaves enough space for a sofa, desk and everything else you need. We share a bathroom and toilet (separate) and the big kitchen where we spend time together.
The rent will be around 450 including heat and electricity.
Die WG liegt an der Rohrbacherstraße, zum Bahnhof Weststadt/Südstadt sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten, zum Bismarckplatz 10 und zum Hbf 20. Außerdem sind es nur 2 Minuten zur Linie 39, die zum Königstuhl (MPI, EMBL) fährt.
In der Weststadt gibt es alles, was es zum Leben braucht, außerdem ist es zu Fuß nicht weit in die Altstadt.

The WG is situated on Rohrbacherstraße, about five minutes to Weststadt/Südstadt station, ten minutes to Bismarckplatz (a large bus station) and fifteen minutes from the beautiful Heidelberg Altstadt, by foot.
The bus 39 (to MPI and EMBL) is 2 minutes away.
Leider verlässt uns unser Mitbewohner nach 3 Jahren um einen Postdoc in einer neuen Stadt zu starten. Du würdest mit drei wunderbaren Menschen zusammen wohnen: Jeff aus den USA, der seinen PhD in Physik, Fede aus Argentinien, der einen PhD am HITS macht und Vera aus Deutschland, die als Data Scientist arbeitet.
Wir verbringen viel Zeit miteinander bei Filmabenden, beim zusammen Kochen, bei Wanderungen, beim Klettern und Ausflüge machen oder bei Brettspiele-Abenden mit unseren wunderbaren Nachbarn.
Im Moment arbeiten wir vor allem aus dem Home-Office (klappt super). Wir sprechen vor allem Englisch (wobei du natürlich auch dein Spanisch oder Deutsch üben kannst).

Sadly our lovely roommate is starting a Postdoc position in another city and we are looking for a worthy successor :)
You’ll have three (amazing) flatmates: Jeff who’s doing his PhD in Physics, Fede who’s doing a PhD at HITS, and Vera who is working as a Data Scientist.
We enjoy spending time together doing movie nights, cooking together, going out for hikes, climbing or bike rides, or having game nights with our neighbors.
At the moment we all (mostly) work from home which is working perfectly. We usually speak English while at home, though Spanish and German are popular as well.
Du würdest super zu uns passen, wenn du in einem ähnlichen Alter wärst.
Ansonsten würden wir uns freuen dich einfach mal kennen zu lernen (gerne per Video call oder persönlich).
