Unsere WG ist sehr zentral gelegen. In 10min Fußweg ist man in der Altstadt oder am Hbf, in 2min an der Station Römerkreisel Süd und in 3min an der Station Stadtbücher. Es gibt im Umkreis auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Kaufland, Penny, Alnatura oder Rewe. Die WG besticht mit ihren 4m hohen Altbaudecken und den dicken Wänden, weshalb es selbst im Hochsommer kühl ist. Zum Mietpreis kommen noch Nebenkosten für Wlan, Strom und GEZ hinzu. Außerdem wichtg zu erwähnen ist, dass in unserer WG vom Vermieter her leider keine Tiere erlaubt sind. Und eigentlich haben wir eine Gartennutzung, aber der wird gerade renoviert, möglicherweise ist er jedoch bis August fertig.

Our flat is very centrally located. In 10min walk, you are in the "Altstadt" or at the main station, in 2min at the station "Römerkreisel Süd" and in 3min at the station "Stadtbücher". There are also many shopping possibilities in the vicinity such as Edeka, Kaufland, Penny, Alnatura or Rewe. The flat impresses with its 4m high old ceilings and thick walls, which is why it is cool even in midsummer. There will be additional costs for WiFi, electricity, and GEZ added to the rental price. Another important thing to mention is that the landlord allows no animals in our flat. And actually, we have a garden use, but it’s being renovated, but it may be finished by August.

Zu den bleibenden Mitbewohnern:
Paul wohnt hier seit Anfang Januar und ich seit Juli 2020. Wir studieren beide an der SRH, er BWL im zweiten Semester und ich Medien und Kommunikation im 3. Natürlich würdern wir uns über SRH Zuwachs freuen, aber natürlich ist auch jeder andere wilkommen.
Morgane würde sich über vegan / vegetarische Unterstützung freuen, aber wie gesagt kein Zwang zu nix. Wir würden uns sehr über eine gute Dynamik in der WG freuen in welcher man auch mal was zusammen unternimmt oder kocht, aber jedem auch sein Freiraum gelassen wird, wenn er das will. Ansonsten haben wir auch eine WhatsApp Gruppe fürs Haus wo man sich gegenseitig Sachen ausleihen kann, oder bescheid gibt, wenn ein Paket angekommen ist.

About the staying roommates:

Paul has been living here since early January and I have been living here since July 2020. We’re both studying at SRH, he’s in business in the second semester and I’m in media and communication in the third. Of course, we would love to see SRH increase, but of course, everyone else is welcome.
Morgane would appreciate vegan/vegetarian support, but as always, no compulsion to anything. We would be very happy about a good dynamic in the shared flat where we can do stuff together like cook or game, but everyone is also given their freedom, if they want it. Otherwise, we also have a WhatsApp group for the house where you can borrow items from each other, or give notice when a package has arrived.
