Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in Heidelberg Weststadt.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (1 Tisch, 1 Stuhl, 1 Regal, 1 Einzelbett und 1 Schrank). Die Küche und das Bad werden mit deinem WG-Mitbewohner geteilt und die Küche ist vor kurzem neu eingerichtet worden (inklusive neuem Tisch und Kühlschrank).

Looking for a new tenant for my room in Heidelberg Weststadt.
The room is fully furnished so you could move in without needing to bring extra furniture (1 desk, 1 chair, 1 bookshelf, 1 single bed and 1 wardrobe). The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with your flatmate and the kitchen is new (including the refridgerator and table).
If you are interested, please contact me and then we can set a time where you could visit the apartment. I also offer online viewing if that is better for you.
Das Haus liegt an der Straße, aber der Raum ist trotzdem relativ ruhig. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ist etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Campus Im Neuenheimer Feld und Altstadt/Bismarckplatz sind in etwa 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen und Busse/Straßenbahn fahren regelmäßig bis spät in beide Richtungen.

The house is next to the street but the room is still fairly quiet. The next bus stop is only a few minutes away if you walk and the central station is also just about 7 minutes away from the house. The university campus Im Neuenheimer Feld and Altstadt/Bismarckplatz are about 10-15 minutes by bike and busses or tram go there regularly until late.
Es gibt einen weiteren Mitbewohner (männlich, studiert im Bachelor).
Unten im Gebäude gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
