Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15 m² groß, grob quadratisch geschnitten, teil-möbiliert und hat ein Fenster zur Straße (Westen). Die Möbel sollen bei der Zimmerübernahme abgekauft werden (für 280€). Diese Möbel beinhalten: Bett mit fast neuer Matratze (der Vormieter hat nur wenige male pro Monat im Zimmer geschlafen), Nachttisch, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Lampe. Die WG ist in einer Altbauwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung, einer Küche (inkl. Dusche), sowie separater Toilette. Das freie Zimmer hat zwei Türen, eine zum Flur und eine zum Wohnzimmer. Im Hinterhof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden.
The room measures about 15 m², is roughly quadratic, has a west-facing window, and comes with furniture. The furniture (have to be bought from the previous tenant for 280€) includes: bed (virtually new mattress - previous flat mate stayed in the flat only a few nights a month), night stand, desk with a chair and a lamp. The flat is in an old building and has two bedrooms, one shared living room, one kitchen including a shower, and a separate bathroom (without a shower). The free room has two doors, one to the hallway and one to the living room. Bicycles can be parked in the building's backyard.
Die WG liegt in einem Altbau in der westlichen Weststadt, ca. 5-10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Haltestellen Ringstraße und Römerkreis sind zu Fuß weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man die Altstadt in 10 Minuten erreichen.
The flat can be found in the western Weststadt, about 5 to 10 walking minutes from Heidelberg main station. The tram stations Ringstraße and Römerkreis are less than 5 walking minutes away, various supermarkets less than 10. You can reach the old town in 10 minutes by bike.
Ich bin m, 33, Physikdoktorand gegen Ende der Promotionszeit und suche ab sofort ein:e neue:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere 2er WG. Ich bin derzeit hauptsächlich mit dem Aufschreiben meiner Dissertation beschäftigt. Ich habe dementsprechend nicht viel Zeit, wäre aber durchaus auch ab und zu für gemeinsames veganes Kochen oder ein Bier am Abend zu haben.
Schreibt mir gerne, wie ihr euch das WG-Leben vorstellt und was ich sonst noch über euch wissen sollte.
I am m, 33, a physics PhD student and looking for a new flat mate for our two-person flat share. While I work from home on some days, I usually go to the office or library every day and am quite busy with finishing up writing my thesis. Therefore I wouldn't have a lot of time for shared activities, but I would still be open to cook a vegan meal together or share a coffee or beer from time to time. Please write me how you imagine your ideal flat life and whatever else I should know about you.
Der Mietvertrag gilt ab dem 1. April und ab da kann das Zimmer auch bezogen werden. Die 100€ Nebenkosten gehen an die Vermieterin und enthalten Wasser- und Heizkosten. Strom, Internet und GEZ kämen noch dazu, derzeit monatlich zusammen ca. 40€ pro Person. Beim Einzug müssen drei Kaltmieten (750€) Kaution gezahlt werden, die man nach dem Auszug zurückbekommt. Keine Haustiere.
Mögliche Besichtigungen wären am 9. und 10. März. Andere Termin sind nach Absprache eventuell auch möglich.
The tenancy agreement will be valid from 1st April. The rent for the flat are 250 €, plus 100 € extra costs including water and heating. The last ~40€ would be covered by ourselves and contain electricity, internet and the German public broadcaster fee. When moving in you have to pay a security deposit of three main rents (750€), which you would get back after moving out. No pets allowed.
Our casting is on 9th and 10th March. Other dates might be possible by arrangement.
