Schönes Zimmer im Herzen der Weststadt ab 01 September 2022. Das Zimmer ist eines von fünf in der Wohnung. Mit seinen 3 großen Fenstern ist es sehr hell, lässt sich aber durch die Rollos super abdunkeln. Das Zimmer hat dunkler Holzboden und zudem einen wunderschönen kleinen Balkon. Die 30 zusätzlichen Euro in der Kostenbeschreibung sind für eine Putzhilfe, die alle zwei Wochen für 3 Stunden kommt und uns hilft, die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber zu halten.

Beautiful room in the heart of Weststadt available from the 1st of September 2022. The apartment has five rooms in total, this is the central room on the street side. The room has 3 large windows and is very bright, but can be darkened well by using the blinds. It has a dark wooden floor and a beautiful small balcony. The 30 additional euros mentioned in the cost overview are for a cleaning help who comes once every two weeks for 3 hours to help us keep the common spaces clean.

Die Lage ist schlichtweg perfekt, fünf Minuten zum Bismarckplatz und somit zu praktisch allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ein Pennymarkt und Edeka ist weniger als fünf Minuten entfernt. Zudem gibt es ausreichend Bars und Restaurants. Die schöne Weststadt lädt zudem zum spazieren ein.

The location is simply perfect, five minutes to Bismarckplatz, so close to all public transport is available. A Pennymarkt and Edeka are less than five minutes away. In addition, there are enough bars and restaurants. The beautiful Weststadt also invites you to take a walk.

Wir sind eine gemütliche 3er WG, deine Mitbewohner wären Noah (28) und Marina (30). Noah arbeitet als Ingenieur und spielt gerne Karten und Tennis. Marina ist Doktorandin der Neurowissenschaften und hält sich gerne in der Natur auf und verbringt Zeit mit Freunden. Noah ist Deutscher und Marina Niederländisch-Italienerin, wir sprechen also eine Mischung aus Englisch und Deutsch.
Das WG-Leben kann aber natürlich frei gestaltet werden, wenn man was zusammen machen möchte (kochen, chillen, was auch immer...) ist das immer drin, muss aber natürlich nicht erzwungen werden.

We are a cozy shared apartment of three people, your flatmates would be Noah (28) and Marina (30). Noah works as an engineer and likes to play cards and tennis. Marina is a PhD student in neuroscience and likes to be in nature and spend time with friends. Noah is German and Marina is Dutch-Italian, so we speak a mixture of English and German.
The WG-life is easy going, if you want to do something together (cooking, chilling, whatever...) it is always possible, but of course it does not have to be forced.
